Marco Mei of Bicycle Corporation has released the playlist for his upcoming show. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter connecting audiences across the region and internationally.

Originally from Italy, DJ Marco Mei has over thirty years of experience as a DJ and producer. His early influences were rooted in Afrobeat and synthesised music, shaping his direction before he began DJing professionally in the early 1990s.

As his career progressed, he secured a residency at Pacha Club in Sharm el-Sheikh. This led to international touring, performing at venues such as Woo Bar, Fuse in Brussels, Room 18 in Taipei, Bangaluu in Berlin, G-Star in Pattaya, SOS Supper Club in Bali and NLO in Minsk alongside artists including Roger Sanchez, David Morales and Funk D’Void.

In 2009, he formed Bicycle Corporation with Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884. The project brought together their combined experience in DJing and production, creating a strong foundation in house and techno.

Their first signing as a duo came via 17:44, followed by releases on labels such as Alchemy, Miniatures, WL77, GrooveTraxx, Suka and Revox. Since then, they have released more than fifty tracks and remixes across Deep House, Tech House, French House and Techno, including a Hard Techno remix of Origination by Virus D.D.D.

Now based in Taipei, Marco Mei continues to perform regularly across Asia. His presence in the region has connected him with a growing network of artists within the Southeast Asian electronic music scene.

His weekly show reflects a broad musical range including Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu Disco, Indie Dance and Techno. He is available for bookings through the Scientific Sound Asia DJ agency.

Marco Mei Podcast 46 opens with Outcast Intro before moving into It's What We Live, It's What We Are, setting a strong foundation rooted in classic House and soulful club culture. Desert Valley in the Larry Heard tribute mix and Dancin' Wit My Baby continue with warm analogue textures, while Love And Happiness in the Melé edit and Beautiful Black Girl in the Afro House rework introduce groove-led and percussive elements early in the mix.

The energy builds through Pap and Rakata in the Roberto Surace edit, before Floorplan’s Get My Mansion Ready brings a raw, gospel-driven House intensity. Tracks like Elfenboogie, 151 and I Need 2 Dance reinforce classic Chicago House and Acid House influences, while Let's Be Free and Thermodynamic maintain a steady, driving club rhythm.

A shift towards deeper and more melodic territory comes with Wait, Blackness and All Is Vanity, before Horizon and Vertigo introduce Melodic Techno elements with a more expansive and atmospheric feel. The Anna and Wehbba remix of Ferdinand continues this direction, blending peak-time energy with refined production, while Alma Mundi and Luna, Rojo & Palmera maintain the balance between melody and groove.

The closing section moves through Dance And Leave It All Behind You and Charlis, bringing subtle disco and House influences back into focus. Life Is Back, and Your Voice reinforce the Deep House core before Midnight Sweet Crime, Pastis and Ici introduce more stripped-back textures. The Jimpster remix of Hoyl closes the session with a smooth, refined finish, rounding off a set that moves fluidly between House, Deep House, Afro influences and melodic techno.
