Cali’s HouseNation Radio returns with another edition hosted by Nocturne on Scientific Sound Asia. The platform operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter, while also operating as a music news outlet and connecting audiences across the region and internationally.
Originally from Los Angeles, Nocturne began his journey behind the decks in 2007 under the name DJ Turiz. His early years were spent exploring a broad spectrum of Latin and urban music, including reggaeton, hip hop, bachata, merengue, salsa and cumbia. This diverse foundation helped him develop a versatile approach to DJing and a strong understanding of crowd dynamics across Southern California's club scene.
As his musical interests evolved, Nocturne moved towards electronic music in 2013, embracing house and deeper underground sounds. During this period, he co-founded Digital Audio Kingz alongside DJ MORE and expanded into FM radio, creating new opportunities to share music with wider audiences while continuing to develop his identity as a selector.
In 2018, he launched the Nocturne project and introduced Cali’s HouseNation Radio, a programme dedicated to showcasing the many shades of house music. What began as a local platform steadily expanded into an internationally syndicated radio show through the CHNR Syndication Network, reflecting his growing presence within the global house music community.
Now based in San Diego, Nocturne continues to build upon that foundation through projects such as On the Deep End, which explores deeper progressive and melodic sounds, and Deep House Sessions under the DAK Music banner. Across all of his work, he maintains a focus on groove, atmosphere and musical storytelling, creating sets that prioritise flow and connection over fleeting trends.
Through Cali’s HouseNation Radio, Nocturne continues to showcase both established and emerging artists while presenting a broad spectrum of contemporary house music. Each episode reflects his passion for the genre and his ongoing commitment to sharing quality underground sounds with listeners around the world.

Guest DJ JAUSH.
JAUSH is a DJ and producer whose sound sits at the intersection of House, Tech House, Minimal and Deep Tech. Drawing inspiration from classic underground dance music while embracing modern production techniques, he has developed a style built around groove, energy and dancefloor functionality.
His productions combine punchy drums, rolling basslines and hypnotic rhythms with clean contemporary sound design, creating tracks that balance old-school influences with a fresh and forward-thinking approach. This ability to merge familiar club foundations with modern electronic textures has become a defining characteristic of his work.
Since emerging as a producer, JAUSH has steadily expanded his catalogue through a series of releases across independent labels. Early tracks such as Coast 2 Coast with NESTO G. and Tingz, alongside Steven Sanchez on SoundWav Records, showcased his affinity for Tech House, blending driving percussion with energetic, club-focused arrangements.
His later releases After Glow and Take Me Back on CookEe Jar Records moved towards a deeper and more refined Minimal and Deep Tech sound. These productions highlighted a growing focus on groove, atmosphere and subtle progression, combining stripped-back rhythms with immersive textures and understated melodic elements.
Further releases, including Tropic Force on SoundWav Records, continued this deeper direction, demonstrating an ability to create hypnotic dancefloor moments through carefully crafted arrangements and detailed sound design. His collaboration on MY SKIN with Steven Sanchez introduced another side to his production style, incorporating vocal elements while maintaining a strong underground house foundation.
More recently, JAUSH returned to pure House music with Ooh on Arbooreal Records, a groove-led production built around rolling rhythms, warm energy and classic house influences. The release reflects both his versatility and his continued commitment to creating music designed for the dancefloor.
As a DJ, JAUSH brings the same attention to detail found in his productions. His sets are carefully structured, balancing energy and flow while drawing from a broad spectrum of underground house music. With a steadily growing catalogue and a clear artistic direction, he continues to establish himself as a promising talent within the contemporary electronic music scene.
Nocturne begins the first hour with a run of Jackin House selections built around established labels and groove-focused production. Dan Corco’s The Real Life introduces the Robsoul Recordings sound before FDF’s The Charm Of The Groove, Ciggyman’s No Sweat and Roberto Parisi and Raffaele Ciavolino’s Jazzy Idea01 continue the rhythmic direction. Mike Chenery’s Gimme Gimme and Bonetti’s Get Up maintain the Jackin House focus.
The hour gradually broadens into House Music through Seumas Norv’s Lips Over, Mirko and Meex’s Taking Me Higher and Obando and Matheo Velez’s Esperanza. Magi, Vintage Culture, Doral and Blotz add another House entry with Meu Verão before Joey London Style shifts the programme towards Tech House with Mind Blown.
Rafa Barrios continues that transition with Conga, followed by Freenzy Music’s Freak’n’Nasty, Jay de Lys’ Loaded Clipz and Majestic, Jungle 70 and Kai Saunders’ Creeping In The Dark. Nocturne then closes his hour with Connie’s Rock Me, bringing an Electro House reference into a sequence otherwise centred on Jackin House, House and Tech House.
JAUSH takes over the second hour with Oravla Ziur’s Toasty before the Mark Broom remix of Love Regenerator and Steve Lacy’s Live Without Your Love briefly returns to House. Newball’s Let’s Dance restores the Tech House direction, while Capron’s Trend City introduces a Funky House detour before the programme returns to more stripped-back club material.
Fer BR and Siege’s 2Beat leads into Angel Heredia’s Bailadores, followed by the Latin Tech influence of Mr. Diamond’s La Casa. Miguel Lobo’s What We Do continues the Tech House flow before JAUSH includes his own production Ooh. Jean Pierre’s Tamboreo then adds another Latin Tech selection to the second half of the hour.
Pedro Costa’s Ermac and Alex Dovo’s Cuerpo take the programme into Minimal / Deep Tech territory before Morpei’s Churchadelic closes the episode with a final Tech House selection. Across both hours, episode 317 moves from Nocturne’s Jackin House foundations into JAUSH’s Tech House-focused contribution, with House, Latin Tech, Funky House, Electro House and deeper minimal textures shaping the progression.
Tune in to the show’s live broadcast on Saturday, June 6th, 2026, between 4 PM and 6 PM Indochina Time (ICT). If you are unable to catch it live, a replay will be accessible on Wednesday from 4 AM to 6 AM (ICT).
