Graham Gold returns to Scientific Sound Asia with another edition of Esta La Musica. The platform operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter, while also publishing music news for underground electronic music audiences across Asia and internationally.
Few broadcasters in electronic music carry the history and range associated with Graham Gold. His career has moved from London pirate radio and Capital FM to Kiss 100, where he became strongly connected with Progressive House, Trance and the wider sound of underground club radio.
At Kiss 100, Graham built a reputation for presenting melodic and progressive electronic music to a large weekly audience. His work with Peach also placed him within one of London’s best-known club brands, with later reunion events in London and Ibiza keeping that history active for long-time followers.
Before those wider platforms, Graham was already developing his name across London’s nightlife. Residencies such as Gulliver’s Club in Mayfair and regular pirate radio appearances exposed him to Soul, Disco, Reggae, Jazz-Funk and the early electronic sounds that later fed into his own musical identity.
Now based in Thailand, Graham is a regular presence in South East Asia’s electronic music landscape. His appearances across Koh Phangan, Phuket, Pattaya and Koh Samui connect beach events, club spaces and festival settings with the international reach of his radio work.

His radio archive and mixes are available through Mixcloud, while updates can be followed on Facebook and Instagram. Further DJ and music activity is also listed through SoundCloud and Resident Advisor.
In the studio, Graham’s recent output has moved through melodic, progressive and underground club sounds. The Lost City on Patent Skillz combines rolling low-end movement, detailed synth work and melodic structure, with remixes from Tomy Wahl and DJ Lion & Just Julien taking the track into darker territory.
His Beatport catalogue also includes Ballroom Records material such as Uncanny Parallels, Postponed and Manipulation with Jourdan Bordes. These releases show his focus on hypnotic melodic phrasing, progressive pacing and club-ready arrangement.
Alongside that direction, Graham remains connected to the uplifting Trance sound that helped establish his global profile. Glorified, Living In The Now and the Manuel Le Saux remix of Moving On highlight that part of his catalogue through bright melodic energy and modern production detail.
Esta La Musica brings these influences together through Deep House, Progressive House, Melodic House and Techno, Tech House and Trance. Each edition draws on Graham Gold’s background as a broadcaster, club DJ and producer while keeping the focus on current underground electronic music.
DJ Graham Gold presents Esta La Musica 402 with a selection moving through Progressive House, Tech House, Melodic House and Techno, Detroit House and Techno. D-Formation and Matan Caspi open with Arc Of Dreams on BeatFreak, placing the show inside Progressive House through a melodic and club-focused opening.
Odalgled’s Aviil follows on Runemark, shifting the early section towards Melodic House and Techno. Collide The Sky then returns the programme to Progressive House with Trigger Finger on JOOF, adding a deeper and more driving melodic structure.
Cherry (UA) brings Gorgona into the mix through Siona, giving the episode another melodic and techno-edged passage. Moreno Pezzolato’s We Got You then moves towards Tech House, tightening the rhythm after the progressive opening.
Mike Mac’s Put A Spell On You in the Nick Hook Radio Mix adds a House Music entry through Jeepers. Zebob then follows with Bring It Back on Sousa, keeping the middle section direct and club-focused.
Samuele Scelfo’s Poynting continues the Tech House run through Snatch!!, adding a firmer groove and percussive drive. Omar-S then introduces Detroit House with The Sound Of Neptune, drawing from his FXHE catalogue and long connection to Detroit electronic music.
Kole Audro’s The Moment restores the Progressive House direction through Humatron, giving the second half a wider melodic feel. DJ Dove and Fred Dekker then bring Ruthless Aggression on Total Freedom, returning the set to Tech House with a heavier club emphasis.
Ric Niels’ Evolving moves the programme back into Progressive House through Univack. Lampe’s Wake Up then shifts towards Melodic House and Techno, supported by Alula’s darker and more synthetic club sound.
Munkler’s The Damned appears in the Lampe remix, bringing a Techno entry into the closing section. Headkube closes Esta La Musica 402 with Back To Mevlana on SLC-6, ending DJ Graham Gold’s episode on a Progressive House selection after a route through Tech House, Detroit House and melodic club material.
