'Francesco Conti and Friends' episode 8 features guest DJ Sisko Electrofanatik. Scientific Sound Asia is the Asian electronic music station for the region and globally.
Francesco Conti is a DJ and producer of electronic music who was born in Rome in the late seventies, he grew up in the radio station and rave scene in the Italian capital. He was moulded with the music that marked the end of the 80s and the early 90s, such as Acid House and Techno over the years has reinterpreted these sounds and injected his own personal and original style.
It all started in 1992 whilst collaborating with some radio stations in the capital, Rome; where he played in the major nightclubs. In the summer of 2003, he relocated to the Adriatic coast, where he continued on his DJ Adventure. In 2006 he gained some notoriety by winning the "Equinox DJ competition" against 16 Italian DJs in Riccione along the Adriatic coast in Northern Italy.
This award opened the doors to Ibiza, where he took part in the island's important events every year. Then about ten years ago he started several record collaborations, including from 2017 to the present with Jambalay Records.
He currently collaborates with many online radio stations including United Techno Familia, and YouMixRadio. In these almost thirty years of activity, he has played with world-famous DJs, experiences that have enriched him, given him new stimuli and made him love music increasingly, which he considers a universal language without borders or barriers.

This episode's guest DJ is Sisko Electrofanatik, from a young age, Italian talent Francesco Fortuna AKA Sisko Electronfanatik was taken by the musical arts. As a boy, he was always very drawn to dance music and then as he got older a got a taste for electronic music.
Today he is now a well-established figure on the music scene who’s his passion reflects in his art. His DJ style has always been centred on electronic sounds, which gave him the nickname, Electrofanatik.
He began by working at clubs and other venues in his home city of Rome. After a few years of playing gigs, he wanted to make music that was more personal to him and soon started looking toward the underground scene. He started to work on his own productions, expressing himself through the creativity of his unique style and sounds.
Through gaining different connections, he came to know Neurotraxx Recordings, and though his ventures with them were small at first, he then went on to become Label Manager and Lead artist on the label. His work soared to the top 10 on the charts and soon became highly revered by other artists, such as Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Umek, Funkagenda, Tomcraft and many others.
Back in March 2009, he scored big with his track No Control, getting first place at the nominations of The Bet Minimal Beatport Chart and second place in the Best Minimal Track 2010. Then after that, he had a few more big hits, such as No Name Remix, Implication One and many more on Beatport Top 10 Techno Chart Explorer. Then Nyo Magtek Remix, Tema Remix and Hive Mind Remix on Beatport Minimal Chart.
In September 2013 he opened his own label Gain Records, which focused on unfiltered techno and gave way to further collaborations with leading artists on the underground scene. The first track on their debut label was Siskos’ Insatiable which got fifth place in the Techno Top 10 Beatport, starring and supported by Carl Cox subsequently, Cocaine reached third place in the Beatport chart Techno chart and remained a chart-topper for weeks.
Also after ‘ON’ climbed Beatport's top 10 techno followed by the remix of Dubspeeka. It also works with FM and streaming radio stations worldwide. Sisko has also collaborated with leading brands of sound design software, sample packs and music apps. Today, after so much success he continues to work on his unique ‘Electrofanatik style.’
