Marco Mei has published the tracklist for episode 1 of 2025. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, music news outlet and events promoter serving audiences across Japan, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka and beyond.

Marco Mei's story begins in Turin, where time spent in local record shops and immersion in the city's afrocentric, house and techno scenes laid the groundwork for everything that followed. As part of the Urban People collective, he was involved in organising some of Turin's most significant underground house and techno events, a period that shaped his instincts both as a selector and as a promoter.

A residency at Pacha in Sharm-El-Sheikh gave his career its first major international platform, and the years that followed brought him to stages across South Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia. Performances at venues including Fuse in Belgium and G-Star in Thailand sat alongside collaborations with artists such as David Morales, cementing a reputation that extended well beyond Italy.

His move to Taipei in 2010 marked the start of a new chapter. Regular appearances across the city's venues built a loyal local following, and his Electronic Roots series at Roots Taipei became a fixture in the city's underground calendar. That connection to the Asian scene has grown steadily ever since.

Bicycle Corporation, the production project he runs with Stefano Ugliano, known as 6884, has generated over fifty tracks and remixes across house, techno, French house, deep house and tech house, maintaining a consistent presence in the underground community throughout. He is available for bookings through the Scientific Sound Asia DJ agency and can be found on Facebook.

DJ Marco Mei starts 2025 with a bang in Episode 1, delivering a dynamic mix that explores the realms of House, Tech House, Melodic House, and Disco. The set opens with an upbeat remix of Lucy Pearl's "Don't Mess With My Man" by Fede Aliprandi and transitions into groovy House tracks like Supernova's "Life Is A Disco" featuring Mr. V. Highlights include the tech-infused beats of Tomi&Kesh's "Confetti" and the soulful energy of Teddy Douglas' "House Music" featuring Fast Eddie.

The mix keeps the energy flowing with standout tracks such as Kylie Minogue's "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" (Rayconen Edit) and the funk-infused Loverman & Cesar Salas' "Funky Movin'." Deep House lovers will enjoy Iron Curtis & Johannes Albert's "Ohne Dich" and Kamorah's "Docklands." Melodic moments shine with Rafael Cerato & Pysh's "We Got The Funk" and Roger Sanchez's "Another Chance" (Colyn Private Edit), wrapping the set with an emotive touch.

This episode perfectly fuses dancefloor energy and melodic depth, offering something for every electronic music enthusiast. A great way to kick off the year, DJ Marco Mei sets the tone for an exciting 2025 in music!
