DJ Joshua, originally from Evora, Portugal, is a passionate devotee of electronic music. During his formative years, DJ Joshua spent countless hours refining his DJing skills and meticulously selecting his collection of Techno, House, Drum and Bass, and Chillout tracks.

DJ Joshua took on the responsibility of coordinating House Music and Techno events at various clubs and bars. He worked closely with his friends to bring his creative vision to life. However, after the birth of his first child, DJ Joshua made a heartfelt decision to step away from event organizing and radio performances temporarily. He wanted to prioritize his new role as a parent.
As his daughter grew older, DJ Joshua felt a renewed passion for music stirring within him. Motivated by this inner calling, he embarked on a new creative endeavour: the creation of the Floating Beats podcast and radio series. Since its inception, the show has amassed a devoted following, with listeners eagerly tuning in to experience Joshua's meticulously curated selection of tracks. Available on various popular online platforms, Floating Beats has become a beacon for electronic music enthusiasts.
DJ Joshua has had a deep love for House music since his early years, which inspired him to create a new show called "Velvety Elements" to tribute to its rich soulfulness.
