Spanish house producer Bonetti will make his debut on Kevin Saunderson’s KMS Records with ‘Just Wanna Touch Me’, a new EP arriving on 28th August 2026. The release places the Palma de Mallorca artist’s groove-led approach inside the catalogue of a Detroit label whose influence stretches across techno and house.
Bonetti describes the record as an attempt to capture the movement of a dance floor through the enduring power of classic house. That aim is reflected in a production style built around direct rhythm, physical momentum and an unfussy club sensibility. Rather than treating house history as decoration, the EP draws on its fundamentals: grooves that lock quickly, arrangements made for DJs and enough space for each rhythmic idea to do its work.
“With these tracks, I wanted to capture the energy of the dance floor by drawing inspiration from the timeless power of classic House music,” Bonetti explains. “My goal was to create a solid, groove-driven sound that feels authentic, energetic, and built to keep people moving from start to finish.”
The KMS connection gives that approach particular weight. Founded by Kevin Saunderson in Detroit, the imprint has long occupied the productive space between techno’s machine-driven precision and house music’s warmer, more soulful pull. Its catalogue helped carry Detroit electronic music into an international club context, making it a fitting home for a producer whose work is similarly shaped by several branches of house rather than one fixed subgenre.
Bonetti’s own palette moves through jackin’, soulful, disco, Latin and Afro house. Born in Mallorca and based in Palma, he has built a catalogue across labels including King Street Sounds, Henry Street Music, Salted Music, Guesthouse, Quantize Recordings and MoBlack Records. Those releases have established a sound in which rhythm and musicality are treated as complementary rather than competing ideas.
His work as founder and manager of Groovy Riddim Records provides another side of that identity. Launched in 2018, the Spanish label has developed a broad house catalogue spanning jackin’, funky, disco, deep, soulful and Afro-Latin material. Its roster has brought established names such as Eddie Amador, Antoine Clamaran, DJ Romain, Demarkus Lewis and Hatiras into conversation with newer producers, extending Bonetti’s role from artist to curator.
That consistency has translated into six consecutive appearances in Traxsource’s Top 100 Jackin House Artists between 2016 and 2021, reaching number six in 2019. He was also nominated for Best House Artist at the 2018 Vicious Music Awards, while his productions have appeared in sets at Tomorrowland and The BPM Festival and received support from Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, Jamie Jones, Bob Sinclar, Mark Knight, DJ Spen and Miguel Migs.
‘Just Wanna Touch Me’ therefore reads as more than a label milestone. It connects a Spanish producer shaped by the international house circuit with one of Detroit’s foundational electronic imprints, while keeping the emphasis where Bonetti has always placed it: on groove, movement and records built to function in the room.
