"After Hours" 464 host Hypnotised has announced its guest DJ Christian Tyler and playlists for their show on Monday. Scientific Sound Asia is an English language radio station, Music news outlet, DJ agency, and event management company for India, Japan, Thailand, China, Vietnam and globally.
Hypnotised is a DJ and producer from Ghent, Belgium who built his foundation in the city's electronic music scene through appearances at events including I Love Techno and 10 Days of Techno. His sets draw from progressive house and tech house, and over the years that approach has taken him to stages well beyond Belgium.
He co-hosts After Hours alongside PatriZe, with the show broadcast on TM Radio in the USA, Cosmos Radio in Germany and Scientific Sound Asia in Vietnam. The pair also present AH Digital Essentials on Proton Radio, a platform dedicated to progressive house.
Separately, Hypnotised runs his own monthly show Energetic on Progressive Beats Radio in Germany, and has featured as a guest across a wide range of stations including Ibiza Global Radio, Frisky Radio, DI FM, Insomnia FM, Fnoob Techno Radio and Urgent FM among others. His live performances have taken him to the Amsterdam Dance Event, Deep on Deck Festival in South Africa, Club NL in Amsterdam, Decadance in Ghent and Zanzibar in South Africa, sharing bills with artists including Marco Bailey, Tom Hades, Purple Disco Machine, Jesse Rose and Nick Bril.
In 2015 he founded AH Digital and moved into production. His debut EP People from the Otherworld reached fourth place on the Beatport charts, with a Rui Da Silva remix adding further momentum.
His follow-up Infinity reached number two in both progressive house and trance and number three in techno on the same platform. The label has since built relationships with Bonzai Progressive, Green Martian, SLC-6 Music, Pro-B-Tech Music, Stellar Fountain and others. In 2016 he launched a secondary alias, Man on the Moon, debuting with Sense on Bonzai, a track that received airplay on Studio Brussel and won a remix contest on Metapop.
More recent output includes Classico with Selected Grooves on OLD SQL Recordings and a remix of Gabbe's Blissing for SINCITY, both from late 2025. His collaborative remix of Nikoow's Weird Things with PatriZe on AH Digital has seen multiple releases into 2026, reflecting the ongoing activity on his own label as much as his production work elsewhere.

Guest DJ Christian Tyler (second hour).
This week's After Hours guest is Christian Tyler, a DJ and producer based in The Hague in the Netherlands. His sound sits within melodic and deep house, built around smooth basslines and an ear for tracks that carry emotional weight without losing their dancefloor footing.
His influences draw from artists including Nora & Pure, Adriatique, Ben Böhmer and Lane 8, a reference pool that points clearly towards the melodic end of house and techno. That sensibility shapes both his production work and his selections, with an emphasis on warmth and connection over energy for its own sake.
He has performed across several countries in recent years, taking his approach to audiences beyond his home base in the Netherlands. In his own words his aim as an artist is straightforward: to connect souls through music and get people to smile. This week he brings that outlook to After Hours.
After Hours 464 opens with Hypnotised at the controls, the first hour moving through atmospheric Progressive House with the same unhurried approach that characterised their previous After Hours appearances. Lisytsin's Dark Side begins proceedings before Sebastian Haas's Infuse in the D.J. MacIntyre and Nomas Remix and Alec Araujo's Vertu Sael in the Missus Remix develop the hour's melodic texture.
Max Cue's Crossroads and Vegaz (SL)'s Rainbow Dreams in the CaThY K Remix continue in a consistently introspective vein before Jero Nougues's Technicalia in the Evegrem Remix adds a slightly more driving energy. Dimel De Silva's Kala in the Tenerfuse Remix and Rod V's Orion in the Indigo Man Remix follow before EMPHI's Advance in the Greenage Remix and Gux Jimenez and TEIAO's A Black Day bring the hour to a close.
Christian Tyler opens the second hour with Marsh's Soul, a familiar name in the progressive underground whose presence signals a warmer, more accessible direction than the first hour. Eleonora and Marat Mode's Timeless and Sebastian Sellares's Far From Home sustain the melodic quality before ARTBAT's Orbital introduces the set's first clear move towards Melodic House and Techno.
Lane 8 and Fractures's Clarify in the Tinlicker Remix and Hollt's Halos pull the set back towards Progressive House before DJ Kon's Pulsar maintains the groove into the second half. Blake Baxter's Tenth Planet in the Kevin Saunderson Reese You No Extended Remix arrives as the most unexpected selection of the episode, the first-wave Detroit Techno legend's inclusion alongside Scan 7's Peace Makers on KMS Records representing a pointed nod to the Motor City roots that underpin much of modern electronic music.
Layton Giordani's Chrome closes the episode, the Drumcode artist's Techno sitting at the harder end of Christian Tyler's selection and rounding off a second hour that covered considerably more genre ground than a typical After Hours slot. After Hours 464 is a show of contrasting programming philosophies, Hypnotised's careful atmospheric curation giving way to Christian Tyler's more eclectic and historically aware second hour.
