Uncharted Frequencies has published the playlist for their biweekly show on Scientific Sound Asia. The platform operates as an English-language underground electronic music radio station for China, Vietnam, Malaysia, India and the rest of Asia, alongside its work as a DJ agency, promoter and music news outlet.

Uncharted Frequencies is a biweekly programme on Scientific Sound Asia. The show is a joint project between Shayekh Mohammad Arif, also known as Dr Moonstruck, from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and Hersiaz Hazi from Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The programme provides a platform for experimental and underground music from different parts of the world. Its format gives both artists space to present selections that move outside conventional club structures while keeping a strong connection to electronic music culture.

Hersiaz Hazi hosts this edition of the show. His real name is Hasi Shamalka Silva, and he is a Sri Lankan artist from Colombo whose interest in electronic music began during his teenage years.

Like many DJs, he started by experimenting with Virtual DJ and FL Studio in his bedroom. As his interest developed, he moved towards Progressive House and built a profile within Colombo’s House music scene.

Alongside Uncharted Frequencies, Hersiaz Hazi has also featured in a monthly broadcast on the United Kingdom-based Progressive Heaven radio show. His mixes are available through Mixcloud, adding further context to his work as a Sri Lankan Progressive House selector.

Uncharted Frequency 08 features DJ Hersiaz Hazi with a set built around Progressive House, melodic structure and deeper electronic rhythm. Kamilo Sanclemente opens with Everyday Chemistry, placing the programme inside his recognised Colombian progressive sound and the Manual Music catalogue’s melodic club identity.

Budakid and Siogue’s Ruler On The Throne follows with a House listing from the Einmusika Recordings release, adding a vocal-led and melodic early contrast. Echonomist’s Nebula in the Sandrino edit then brings the set back to Progressive House, using a bass-heavy and groove-locked structure to strengthen the opening movement.

Einmusik’s Blooming moves into Melodic House and Techno, drawing from Einmusika Recordings’ focus on melodic releases between Progressive House and Melodic Techno. Eelke Kleijn’s Home keeps that tone in place, adding a polished and atmospheric arrangement that fits the early melodic section.

Julian Wasserman’s Human keeps the set close to Melodic House and Techno through a synth-led structure and a more emotive club sound. Klangstof’s Hostage then receives a Sasha remix, moving the programme back towards Progressive House through Sasha’s long-established connection to layered, extended and harmonically controlled club music.

Marrie’s God’s Love appears in the Arude remix, bringing the final Melodic House and Techno passage into the first half of the set. Roger Martinez’s Pan-O-Rama in the Cid Inc remix then returns to Progressive House, with the Replug release context and Cid Inc’s progressive profile giving the track a clear position.

Kamilo Sanclemente returns with The White City, reinforcing the Colombian producer’s role in the programme and keeping the set rooted in Progressive House. Orkidea’s Unity follows in the Alfonso Muchacho remix, reshaping a trance-linked classic into a progressive arrangement suited to the deeper flow of the episode.

CJ Art’s Ancient Artifact in the Rick Pier O’Neil remix continues the Progressive House line, adding another track from the deeper and more atmospheric end of the style. Ozgur Ozkan’s Room 606 then receives a Paul Angelo remix, keeping the rhythm measured while building a more defined late-set pulse.

Ikarius’ Join The Pack in the Moje remix appears on Hydrogen, adding another Progressive House cut with a controlled melodic structure. Nicholas Van Orton’s Piedra Y Metal follows on Balkan Connection South America, matching the label’s stated Progressive House direction and giving the late section a strong regional progressive reference.

Ivan Sandhas’ Wrong Way in the Paul Angelo remix keeps the mix within Progressive House, using a layered arrangement and steady rhythmic pressure. Jacob Seville’s No Worries then receives an EANP remix, bringing another South American progressive sound into the closing stretch.

Mariano Montori’s Limitless in the Erdi Irmak remix continues the late Progressive House run, adding a deeper melodic flow before the final track. Matan Caspi and R3cycle close the episode with Amphibious, ending Uncharted Frequency 08 with a confirmed Progressive House release from Outta Limits.
