Falso Simulacro has published the track list for his third guest show. Scientific Sound Asia is the online Asian electronic music station, promoter and DJ agency for the region and internationally.

Falso Simulacro, real name Rodrigo Perez Moran, is an Argentinian DJ and producer from Buenos Aires, where he has been an active figure in the local scene for well over 35 years. His interest in electronic music took shape two decades ago, adding a new dimension to a career that had already seen him perform at countless venues across the capital.

Throughout the mid-eighties and into the nineties, he held numerous residencies across Buenos Aires, including a stint performing in Uruguay during the early nineties. Since then, he has appeared as a guest DJ at events throughout Argentina, building a respected reputation rooted in consistency, versatility and technical skill.

His production work spans Progressive House, Deep House, Tech House, Deep Tech and Techno, beginning with his early studio experience as a production assistant at Top Records in 1993. In recent years, he has continued to refine his sound, with new originals and remixes circulating across international platforms and gaining support from underground DJs globally.

Today, he remains active on radio circuits with regular shows on Maxximixx Electra in Tel Aviv and LDN Radio in London, now joined by his guest series on Scientific Sound Asia. This show featured a selection of his favourites, promos and unreleased material.

Falso Simulacro’s episode 3 stirs awake with Broken Dreams’ melancholic pads, a 2022 Simbiosis gem that captures his Buenos Aires introspection from the mid-2010s club residencies, flowing into Dancefloor’s groovy invitation on NDI’s 2023 release, evoking the raw energy of his early 1980s DJ beginnings. Caligula’s Coma plunges into melodic tech tension, another Simbiosis vocal-driven piece from 2022 that nods to his hypnotic techno experiments, while Could Be’s warm bass hints at uncharted emotional depths yet to surface.

Corner Village breathes atmospheric life on Symbiosis Music’s 2021 single, painting rural escapes with melodic layers true to his Argentine roots, before 6 AM’s dawn reflections linger in promo haze. Do Mi’s rhythmic hypnosis pulses through Papotako’s minimal tech blueprint, Forever yearns with soulful chords in unreleased form, and Looking Better’s deep beats mix from 2021’s Papotako EP adds funky low-end swagger from his dub influences.

Missing You’s base mix tugs at heartfelt strings on Papotako, Resistance’s driving loops test boundaries in promo shadow, and This Is’s declarative groove asserts house purity without a home. To The Beat’s upbeat percussion rallies the floor, Into This House’s immersive pads draw listeners deeper, and Turn Up The Music’s energetic tech rise from Papotako’s 2021 Alone EP ignites the peak.

What’s melodic query closes the circuit on Papotako, Mind Future Soul’s futuristic soul fading into unreleased ether, sealing a personal archive of beats that bridge his 35-year journey from Pilar Ranch resident to global deep house alchemist. Falso Simulacro’s episode 3 is a poignant self-portrait in deep house and minimal tech, weaving promos into released anthems on Papotako and Simbiosis for a timeless Buenos Aires underground odyssey of emotion and rhythm.
