Falso Simulacro has released the tracklist for his second guest show on Scientific Sound Asia. The platform operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter connecting audiences across the region and internationally.

Falso Simulacro, real name Rodrigo Perez Moran, is an Argentine DJ and producer from Buenos Aires. He has been active in the local scene for over thirty-five years, with a focus on electronic music that has developed more prominently over the past two decades.

He has held residencies at numerous venues across Buenos Aires since the mid-1980s. His career also includes performances throughout Argentina and a period playing in Uruguay during the early 1990s.

His production work spans a range of styles including Progressive House, Deep House, Tech House and Techno. He began in production as an assistant at Top Records in 1993, building a foundation that continues to shape his output today.

In recent years, he has maintained a consistent release schedule across labels such as NDI, LW Recordings and Papotako Records. Tracks such as The Danceable Castle, Water Walk and Seven Stripes Part 2 reflect a balance between house-driven grooves, melodic structure and deeper, more minimal textures.

His work also explores variations through remixes, including interpretations by El Brujo and Jp Orpha that move into Minimal, Ambient and Melodic House and Techno territories. Releases like Into This House and Alley highlight a deeper, stripped-back direction rooted in Minimal and Deep Tech.

Alongside his studio output, he continues to broadcast internationally on stations including Maxximixx Electra in Tel Aviv and LDN Radio in London. His guest appearance on Scientific Sound Asia reflects this ongoing activity, bringing a broad and experienced perspective to the show.

Falso Simulacro episode 2 opens with Stranger Things Room before moving into This Is and Listen Carefully, setting a strong peak time techno foundation. The early section focuses on driving rhythms and clean, functional arrangements, with Christian Smith’s Your Lovin’ reinforcing the groove with a direct and club-ready approach.

The momentum continues through 6 AM and Elevated, maintaining a steady energy while Disco Brain and Lie Machine introduce subtle melodic elements without losing intensity. Tracks like UFO and Obeah deepen the atmosphere, while Work It and Flashback keep the set firmly grounded in peak time techno.

A shift in tone emerges with Virtual Life and the ARTBAT remix of What Else Is There, bringing a more melodic and expansive feel into the mix. Sweet Lullaby in the Ambrhythm remix continues this direction, blending familiar elements with a techno framework while maintaining a consistent flow.

The closing section moves through Missing You and To The Beat, returning to a more driving structure before Self Love introduces a groove-led tech house variation. Don't Stop rounds off the session with a focused and energetic finish, delivering a cohesive blend of peak time and melodic techno throughout.
