Falso Simulacro returns to Scientific Sound Asia with his fifth guest show, this time featuring Hiddeminside. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music news platform serving listeners across the region and internationally.
Falso Simulacro, real name Rodrigo Perez Moran, is an Argentinian DJ and producer from Buenos Aires with more than 35 years of experience behind the decks. His involvement with electronic music developed through decades of club culture, radio and production, giving his current work a foundation stretching back to the mid-1980s.
Throughout his career, he has held residencies at numerous clubs across Buenos Aires and also spent a period performing in Uruguay during the early 1990s. Beyond those residencies, he has appeared as a guest DJ at events across Argentina while maintaining a long-standing connection with the country's underground electronic music community.
His studio experience began in 1993 when he worked as a production assistant at Top Records. That background later developed into a catalogue moving through House, Deep House, Progressive House, Tech House, Melodic House and Techno alongside more experimental electronic material.
Recent releases demonstrate the breadth of that production work particularly clearly. The Danceable Castle, released through NDI in January 2026, appeared as a 120 BPM House original alongside an El Brujo Cut'n'Stitch Remix that moved the track into Minimal and Deep Tech territory.
The NDI release Water Walk Remixes provided another example of how Falso Simulacro's material can be interpreted across different areas of electronic music. The original was released as House at 125 BPM, while El Brujo reshaped it as Melodic House and Techno and Jp Orpha took the composition into Ambient and Experimental territory.
His 2025 output also included Funky Sunday through LW Recordings, a Deep House track built around a warmer 120 BPM groove. I Want (Under Mix), also released through LW Recordings, continued that deeper direction with another understated House production.
These releases show a producer who is comfortable allowing individual ideas to move between club-focused and more atmospheric forms. Rather than tying Falso Simulacro to one fixed genre, his catalogue reflects the wider musical experience accumulated through several decades of DJing and studio work.
His recorded shows and DJ activity can be followed through Mixcloud, where his sets reflect the same mature and varied approach heard in his productions. He has also contributed programmes to international stations including Maxximixx Electra in Tel Aviv and LDN Radio in London alongside his continuing appearances on Scientific Sound Asia.
For his fifth guest show, Falso Simulacro is joined by Hiddeminside, adding another artist perspective to the programme. The episode continues his approach of combining established experience with contemporary underground electronic music while giving the guest space to contribute their own musical direction.

Guest DJ Hiddeminside.
This month’s guest is Hiddeminside, a DJ and producer whose main focus is Trance. Active since the late 1980s, he has built a long-running connection with the European Trance scene through a melodic and emotionally driven style designed to work equally well in headphones and on the dancefloor.
His catalogue includes releases through labels such as N-Tranz, Technomind, Vengeance Records and Diper Records, reflecting a long-standing commitment to uplifting and classic Trance. His productions generally centre on strong melodic phrasing, emotional breakdowns and energetic arrangements shaped by decades of experience with the genre.
Hiddeminside’s recent activity shows that he remains highly productive. His Beatport catalogue includes a steady run of 2026 releases across Uplifting Trance, Main Floor Trance, Progressive Trance and occasional more cinematic electronic material.
Among his most recent releases is Ancient World on Endlessky Uplifting, issued in Intro, Extended and Radio versions. The Extended Mix reaches 138 BPM and places Hiddeminside firmly in the uplifting end of contemporary Trance, while the Intro Mix provides a slightly slower and more spacious entry point.
He also collaborated with Juan Almiñana Obando on Vertigo for Dualis Black, a 138 BPM Uplifting Trance production. Their partnership also produced The Prophety on LLOKKO TRANCE CORE, which moves at 140 BPM and pushes further into a more intense main-floor direction.
Solo material has remained equally active, with Erevan on LLOKKO TRANCE CORE and Break the Silence on Nextrax Digital both extending his current uplifting catalogue. Interspace on Redux Digital reaches 140 BPM, while Spanish Character on Tecnomind Alternate explores a slightly slower Progressive Trance direction at 130 BPM.
His 2026 output also includes Lights inside me, a track that has appeared in several forms across the year. The original was released through Tecnomind Alternate, with Ebon Light providing a remix, while the track later appeared again through the Nothing But... Trance Infinity compilation.
Unforgettable Moments has also become an important part of his recent catalogue. Originally released through Your Melodies, it has appeared in Intro, Original and Radio versions and subsequently featured through labels and compilations including Our Shared Emotions, Spirit Sounds Of Trance Recordings and A Reverie Trance.
Another recent collaboration is Hypnotic with Gjay on Vengeance Records, continuing Hiddeminside’s connection with one of the labels associated with his wider discography. The 138 BPM production maintains his preference for melodic Trance while keeping the arrangement firmly focused on the main floor.
His work with Mario Bruzon on The Shield of Gods shows another side of that musical identity. The original appeared as a 138 BPM Trance production, while an Epic Cinematic version moved away from the club format into a 90 BPM Electronica interpretation.
Hiddeminside’s wider recent catalogue also includes Levon’s Poem, Your love for me (2025 Remake) with Emarie and a remix of DJ Xboy’s Lisztomania. Together, these releases show a producer comfortable moving between classic uplifting structures, Progressive Trance and more cinematic ideas without losing the melodic emphasis that defines his work.
Further mixes, works in progress and recorded material can be explored through his SoundCloud. His appearance alongside Falso Simulacro therefore brings a distinctly Trance-focused perspective into the programme, drawing on a career that reaches back to the late 1980s while remaining closely connected with new releases in 2026.
Falso Simulacro opens episode 5 with the iconic electronic pulse of Radioactivity, a nod to the foundations that shaped the techno world that follows. From there, the energy rises sharply as peak time selections such as I Still Remember, Sgadi Li Mi and Utopia deliver driving percussion and powerful low end.
The intensity grows further through hypnotic and acid tones in Your Mind, Forward and the Charlotte de Witte remix of Hold That Sucker Down, paving the way for the raw and gritty momentum of The Piano, Circuit Breaker and 303 State before closing the hour with the acid punch of Technostalgi.
The transition into Hiddeminside’s hour shifts the mood from industrial force to uplifting emotion. Tracks like In Heaven and Epidemic introduce soaring leads and brighter melodic phrasing, creating immediate contrast with the techno weight of the first hour. Uplifting energy continues to build through Something to Remember, Attack and the powerful vocal presence in Rescue Me, each adding heightened atmosphere and emotional colour.
The set carries this spirited momentum forward with selections such as Falling Down, Dream and Brainwashing, blending melodic warmth with crisp trance rhythms. As the journey approaches its end, The Key and Carpe Diem deliver a final surge of layered synths and uplifting drive, before the closing remix of Let Me Be Your Fantasy crowns the episode with a vocal peak that brings the two-hour experience to a dramatic and satisfying close.
