DJ Graham Gold unveils Esta La Musica episode 581, broadcast on Scientific Sound Asia, the international electronic music platform, DJ agency and promoter connecting listeners across Asia and worldwide with cutting-edge underground sounds.

A celebrated British DJ with more than four decades behind the decks, Graham Gold remains one of the most recognisable figures in electronic music. Renowned for his technical precision, infectious energy and deep musical knowledge, he continues to captivate global audiences through a sound that fluidly blends house, progressive house, melodic techno and deep tech.

Ranked in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs for eight consecutive years, Graham’s influence on club culture is undeniable. His breakthrough came through London’s iconic Peach club nights and his long-running residency on Kiss 100 FM, where his radio shows reached massive international audiences and helped define an era of electronic music broadcasting.

Before his rise to global prominence, Graham honed his craft in London’s underground throughout the 1970s and 1980s, including a decade-long residency at Gulliver’s Club in Mayfair. His early passion for Afrocentric rhythms inspired The Funky Road Show, a pioneering mobile disco that introduced reggae, soul, disco and jazz-funk to London nightlife. This period also saw him active on pirate radio and later Capital FM, where he was awarded Broadcaster of the Year in 1985.

From there, Graham’s career expanded across the globe, performing in more than 150 cities across over 40 countries. His résumé includes appearances at landmark events such as Glastonbury, Gatecrasher, God’s Kitchen and The Street Parade in Zurich. Alongside his touring success, he has sold over 700,000 compilation albums, earning six Gold and four Silver BPI certifications.

As a producer, broadcaster and tastemaker, Graham continues to champion both established and emerging artists through Esta La Musica. The show’s name, inspired by a tattoo he received during a US tour in the 1990s, reflects a lifelong devotion to music, movement and dancefloor culture.

Now based in Thailand, Graham remains deeply connected to the regional scene, performing regularly in Bangkok, Pattaya and Koh Phangan. His appearance at Retro Mountain in early 2025 reaffirmed his enduring bond with the dancefloor. Esta La Musica episode 578 carries that same spirit forward, delivering a deep, melodic and uplifting journey that celebrates the timeless energy of house and techno.

DJ Graham Gold’s Esta La Musica episode 581 opens with a strong club-ready foundation as Deep House selections introduce a familiar yet reworked Prodigy No Good energy. Remixes of classic material set the tone early, blending groove-led rhythm with a modern edge that eases the listener into the session.

As the mix develops, Indie Dance takes centre stage. Tracks such as Neon Hell and Let Me Know add darker textures and forward momentum, while Trip With Me and Lime House reinforce a hypnotic and late-night feel rooted in underground club culture.

Midway through, Melodic House & Techno brings emotional lift and layered progression. Smoke & Mirrors and You & Me in the Vintage Culture remix introduce warmth and melodic drive, balancing tension with accessibility and keeping the energy fluid.

The closing stretch leans firmly into Tech House, with Latin Tech influences adding rhythmic flair. Caramba, Night Walk and Back & Forth deliver punchy grooves and dancefloor pressure, bringing episode 581 to a confident and club-focused finish that reflects DJ Graham Gold’s seasoned touch behind the decks.
