Bicycle Corporation has released the tracklist for Foundations episode 106.

Bicycle Corporation has unveiled the playlist for episode 106 of their acclaimed radio show Foundations. The series airs on Scientific Sound Asia, a respected online station, DJ agency, and event platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally through forward-thinking electronic music.

Bicycle Corporation is the long-running collaboration between Italian DJ and producer Marco Mei and classically trained musician Stefano Ugliano, also known under his production alias 6884. Together, the pair have released over 50 tracks spanning French House, Deep House, Tech House, and Techno. Their sound pays tribute to the foundations of club culture while embracing a modern, evolving approach.

Marco began his career in the early 1990s, cutting his teeth in Italy’s underground House and Techno scene. As a founding member of the Urban People collective, he quickly built a reputation for high-energy, technically skilled DJ sets. This success soon opened doors to international gigs across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Stefano, from Torino, was immersed in music from a young age. Encouraged by his family, he studied classical piano, percussion, and drumming, developing a rich musical vocabulary influenced by composers like Chopin and global rhythms such as West African Djembe. Though trained in traditional forms, Stefano was drawn to the expressive freedom of electronic music and began exploring DJing and digital production.

At a time when electronic music had little presence on Italian radio, Stefano’s growing fascination with rhythm and sound design brought him into contact with Marco. Their shared vision and complementary skills led to the formation of Bicycle Corporation, a project rooted in curiosity, dedication, and a desire to break new ground.

Since then, the duo has earned a strong presence in underground music circles, with releases on labels such as Alchemy, Suka Records, Miniatures, WL77, and GrooveTraxx. Despite their global reach, they continue to honour their beginnings. Their Bandcamp page offers fans access to a handpicked selection of early works, shedding light on the creative roots that shaped their sound.

In Foundations, Marco and Stefano persist in pushing boundaries while paying tribute to the sounds that influenced them. Episode 106 adds another chapter to their ongoing narrative, offering listeners a carefully curated mix that embodies the depth and evolution of their shared vision.

Episode 106 of Foundations opens with the warm textures of The Love Theme by Alex Kassian & Running Hot, offering a Progressive House introduction that gently rises into the mood. This blends neatly into the Melodic House & Techno atmosphere of Back To You by Alex Kennon featuring Lunar June, and Space Motion’s remix of Camelphat & Elderbrook’s Cola, where arps and percussive lift meet vocal resonance.

Bicycle Corporation keeps the momentum going with the groove-driven Impulse by Che Jose & Andrewboy and the Bass House stylings of Family by Christian Nielsen. As the mix progresses, listeners are treated to a fusion of House and Indie Dance, with standout cuts like If I Only Knew by Baron Von Trax and Mr. Computer by Figi & Luca dell’Orso, each reflecting the duo's taste for vintage synths and analogue textures.

In the second half, Indie Dance dominates. Tracks like Bounce by Kiko & Olivier Giacomotto and Gjora (Fabrizio Mamarella Remix) keep the tempo locked and atmospheric. Techno also finds its footing with Struggle (Kolomensky Remix) by Moonoton and Qui Peut Le Plus by Marc Bedikian, deepening the show’s darker, hypnotic moments.

Closing out, Bicycle Corporation blend standout tracks like Flying Away With You by WhoMadeWho & Tripolism and Adriatique’s remix of In the Moment by RÜFÜS DU SOL. These Melodic House & Techno tracks ease us into the finale, before Röyksopp’s What Else Is There (DJ Tennis Remix) pivots the mix toward a Tech House conclusion.
