Bicycle Corporation has announced the playlist for episode 105 of their acclaimed radio show, Foundations. Broadcast on Scientific Sound Asia, a trusted online station, DJ agency, and promoter, the series continues to spotlight cutting-edge electronic music while bridging audiences across Asia and around the world.

Bicycle Corporation is the long-standing partnership of Italian DJ and producer Marco Mei and classically trained musician Stefano Ugliano, who also produces under the name 6884. Since forming their collaboration, the duo has released a diverse catalogue of more than 50 tracks, covering genres such as French House, Deep House, Tech House, and Techno. Their work reflects a deep respect for the roots of club culture, balanced with a progressive outlook that keeps their sound fresh and forward-facing.

Marco’s journey began in the early 1990s, immersed in Italy’s underground House and Techno scene. As a founding member of the Urban People collective, he quickly made a name for himself, earning a reputation as a dynamic and technically gifted DJ. His early success on the national circuit soon led to international bookings, performing at clubs and festivals across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Hailing from Torino, Stefano developed his musical talents at a young age. Encouraged by his family, he pursued formal training in classical piano, percussion, and drumming, gaining exposure to a wide range of musical influences, from Chopin’s romantic compositions to the polyrhythms of West African drumming. While his early focus was on traditional instrumentation, Stefano found himself increasingly drawn to electronic music, captivated by the possibilities of DJing and digital production.

At a time when electronic music had limited exposure on Italian airwaves, Stefano was fascinated by the rhythmic experimentation of the genre. This curiosity turned into a calling, and after connecting with Marco through their shared passion, the two embarked on a journey defined by creativity, perseverance, and a mutual desire to explore new musical ground.

Bicycle Corporation has since grown into a respected name in global underground music, with tracks released on labels including Alchemy, Suka Records, Miniatures, WL77, and GrooveTraxx. Despite their achievements, Marco and Stefano remain grounded in their origins. In a nod to their artistic roots, they launched a Bandcamp page to share a curated selection of early material, offering fans an intimate look into the foundational stages of their musical journey.

With Foundations, Marco and Stefano continue to push boundaries while honouring the sounds that inspired them. Episode 105 is another chapter in their ongoing story, bringing listeners a meticulously curated mix that reflects the depth and evolution of their shared vision.

Foundations episode 105 kicks off with Miracle by Adriatique & WhoMadeWho, setting an emotive tone with its Melodic House & Techno pulse. Indie Dance selections follow rapidly, including Try by Amour Propre and Volume Up by Axone, Arodes & ACNØR, bringing a gritty yet elegant edge to the set.

Bicycle Corporation keeps the tempo lively with Show Me The Way and Sweat by Disfreq, injecting Bass House energy alongside tracks like Slice by Lala Hayden & Disfreq. The House groove flows through Cinthie’s Deep Inside Love and Klatsch!’s God Save The Queer, blending deeper textures into the midsection.

Melodic House & Techno returns with standout moments like The Story Behind (This Is No AI) by Echonomist and In the Moment (Adriatique Remix) by RÜFÜS DU SOL. These selections balance dancefloor momentum with rich sonic depth. Afro House textures also emerge with Gorgeous by Sandhaus & Misha in a Rockin’ Morrocin remix.

As the mix closes, Indie Dance dominates again with Blink by Amirali and Television (Solomun Remix) by Empire Of The Sun. The final cuts, including Danny Howells’ Powershow (Payback Mix) and Padreams by Darlyn Vlys & Damon Jee, leave a lasting impression of underground class and modern versatility.

Tune in to the live broadcast on Friday, June 27th, 2025, from 10 PM to 12 AM Indochina Time (ICT), and catch the replay on Tuesday from 10 AM to 12 PM (ICT).
