After Hours host PatriZe has announced that DJ Randle will be the guest for the next show. Scientific Sound Asia, the premier electronic music station, DJ agency, and promoter for the Asian region, caters to an international audience and has established itself as a key player in the electronic music scene.
The show, ‘After Hours,’ features a range of genres from Progressive House to Techno and other house sub-genres. Each week, it spotlights some of the best up-and-coming DJs and producers from around the globe, focusing on the underground sounds currently making waves in the scene.
PatriZe, who hosts the first hour, began his musical journey in Belgium, purchasing his first set of turntables at a young age. Initially drawn to the hard-hitting sounds of Trance and Techno, his style gradually evolved towards the more melodic and sophisticated elements of Progressive House. His breakthrough came in 2010 when he teamed up with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck, winning the prestigious Night Museum DJ competition in France, and opening for the progressive luminary Guy J.
PatriZe’s mastery of seamless transitions and meticulously curated track selections has solidified his reputation as a key figure in the underground scene. He currently resides in Thailand, where he continues to broadcast his acclaimed Foundations and After Hours series and make guest appearances on international radio shows. His efforts in promoting Progressive House have made him a central figure in the genre, both through his live performances and his record label, AH Digital.
Regularly performing live at venues like Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya), PatriZe has developed a loyal following within the underground community. His DJ sets are known for their dynamic energy and deep, melodic undertones, consistently drawing crowds who are eager to experience his unique sound.
In April 2015, PatriZe, along with his long-time collaborator Hypnotised, launched AH Digital, a label dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Progressive House. Their first release, People from the Otherworld, reached the top 5 on Beatport’s Progressive House chart and was remixed by acclaimed artist Rui Da Silva, establishing the label as a force in the genre.
Currently based in Thailand, PatriZe is actively producing new tracks, hosting radio shows, and supporting the growth of the Progressive House community. His music frequently trends on the Beatport charts, reflecting his ongoing influence and dedication to the scene.
