Episode 681 of After Hours is hosted by Belgian DJ and producer PatriZe and features a guest mix by Byhon. Broadcast via Scientific Sound Asia, an esteemed electronic music station, promoter, and DJ agency based in Vietnam, the show continues to reach global audiences through regular programming and events across Ho Chi Minh City and beyond.
Now residing in Thailand, PatriZe has built a strong reputation in the Progressive House community, known for his fluid mixing, melodic depth, and thoughtful track selection. With early influences rooted in Trance and Techno, his shift into Progressive House allowed him to refine a more intricate and emotionally engaging style.
Over the years, he has performed at notable clubs and festivals throughout Europe and Southeast Asia. His career took a defining step in 2010 when he shared the stage with Guy J (Lost & Found, Bedrock) and Pole Folder (Bedrock, Reworck), a milestone followed by winning the Night Museum DJ Competition.
These events helped establish his standing as a respected artist on the international circuit. In 2015, PatriZe co-founded AH Digital alongside long-time collaborator Hypnotised. Their debut release, Inhabitants of Another Realm, entered the top 20 on Beatport’s Techno and Tech House charts, later bolstered by a remix from Rui Da Silva. Since then, AH Digital has become a key player in the Progressive House scene, consistently appearing in Beatport’s Top 100.
PatriZe maintains a strong presence in Pattaya’s underground circuit, holding residencies at Beachspot and Thai Lounge & Terrace. He also contributes to respected radio platforms including Frisky Radio’s Rising Sun, Proton Radio’s AH Digital Essentials, and his own After Hours series, which remains a showcase for established and emerging artists alike.

Guest DJ Byhon.
Ignacio Benitez, known artistically as Byhon, is a DJ and producer from Argentina. His work is rooted in Deep, Progressive, and Melodic Techno, with a sound characterised by atmospheric textures, ethereal tones, and experimental layers.
Byhon’s compositions frequently blend multiple genres into a seamless style, creating immersive tracks that balance emotional depth with sonic innovation. As a DJ, Byhon curates hypnotic sets that build progressively, guiding listeners through a carefully constructed musical journey.
His performances are known for their fluid structure and detailed transitions, drawing influence from the evolving nature of contemporary electronic music. Byhon’s music is available on platforms such as Beatport, with recent releases on labels including Ferberite Recordings.
His tracks, such as "Skyward" and the dual release "Connection / Expectations," showcase his talent for melodic development and rhythmic flow. He also appears on compilations like "Timeless IBIZA 2025," alongside respected artists within the global electronic scene.
Actively involved in both production and performance, Byhon continues to expand his reach through guest mixes, label collaborations, and live sets. His dedication to sonic exploration and genre fusion marks him as a standout artist in Argentina’s electronic underground scene and has championed his country’s scene on the world stage.
PatriZe sets the tone for episode 681 with a rich and immersive selection of Progressive House. The mix opens with In the Midst of Agony by Robert R. Hardy, laying a deep and emotive foundation. Tracks like Rosewood by Haft and Pruscia by Emi CA and Federico Cabrera continue the theme of hypnotic grooves and melodic transitions.
As the mix develops, Moai by Ruben Karapetyan and Stolen Journey by Victor Crain showcase a refined, atmospheric touch. PatriZe also weaves in the HAFT remix of Ritual by Anton Borin and Condor by Juan Deminicis & NuFects, rounding off an hour of sophisticated club energy and layered progression.
Byhon takes over in the second hour with a seamless blend of fresh Progressive House. Confidential Cadence by Echo Daft & David Podhel starts the hour with subtle rhythmic complexity, followed by standout cuts like Timeless (Licha Ignacio Remix) and Transmission, a collaborative track with Agustin Massari.
Closing his set with deeper energy, Byhon selects Orbital Journey by Juani Bria, Berdu & M-Sol Deep, and Shattered by Gai Barone. These final tracks reflect his ability to merge melodic textures with dynamic momentum, bringing the episode to a memorable finish.
