Dutch DJs Reinoud van Toledo and Jack Delhi pose together behind a DJ setup, representing their shared connection through Amsterdam’s underground electronic music scene.

Reinoud van Toledo and Jack Delhi present their seventh show on Scientific Sound Asia. The platform operates as an expatriate and local underground electronic music radio station for India, China, Sri Lanka and the rest of Asia, alongside its work as a DJ agency, promoter and music news outlet.

The two artists have crossed paths through Amsterdam’s electronic music scene over the years, appearing together in club settings and shared music spaces. House Your Day, one of the nights connected with their Amsterdam activity, adds further context to the shared background behind this guest mix.

Reinoud van Toledo is a Dutch DJ and producer who began DJing in clubs and producing music during the early 1990s. His first releases appeared in 1995 on ID&T Records and Outland Records, placing him within the formative years of Dutch electronic music culture.

In 2014, Reinoud collaborated with Dimitri from Amsterdam on Detroit Summer, released through Carl Craig’s Planet E Communications. The project connected his work with one of Detroit Techno’s most respected labels while marking an important chapter in his international catalogue.

After several years working in Techno, Reinoud returned to House music and developed a catalogue across labels including Stiletto Records, Kolour Recordings, Silhouette Records, Jambalay Records and Frame Workxx Records. His later work includes Boogie Bar, a House production that has appeared through several release listings and remixes.

Recent listings show activity across House, Deep House and Tech House. These include Optimus on NDI, Deep Sensation as a Reinoud van Toledo remix, and Let’s Play Up The House, which features collaborations with Jack Delhi.

Reinoud and Jack Delhi have also appeared together across Amsterdam’s electronic music scene over the years, including activity connected with House Your Day. Their shared work and club connections give this guest mix a direct link to Dutch underground culture and the House music network around the city.

Updates and releases can be found through Reinoud van Toledo’s Beatport artist page, while Detroit Summer can be found through Planet E Communications.

Jack Delhi.

Jack Delhi is an Amsterdam DJ whose connection with music began in childhood. His interest in DJing developed in 2005 after meeting Manual Point Perspective, who helped him learn the technical and practical side of playing records.

He later became a resident at Vriendjespolitiek and House Your Day, two event platforms that helped establish his profile in the Dutch club scene. By 2015, Jack Delhi was performing more widely across the Netherlands, including appearances at We Are Electric, Paaspop and Lake Dance.

His Amsterdam club work also placed him within the same network as Reinoud van Toledo. Their shared appearances around the city developed into studio collaboration, with releases that sit mainly within Tech House, House and Minimal / Deep Tech.

Together, Jack Delhi and Reinoud van Toledo have released tracks including New Berlin, AAAH, Summer Is a Magic Thing, Say Something, Limited Art and Tha Beat Is Sick. Their catalogue has appeared on labels including Jambalay Records, NDI, Plastic Recordings, Berlin After Dark and House Place Records.

Recent listings show their continued studio link through Let’s Play Up The House on NDI. The release includes Tha Beat Is Sick and Say Something, both built around Tech House structure and a direct club focus.

Jack Delhi’s sets are centred on Tech House, vocal hooks and House classics, shaped by the energy of Amsterdam’s club culture. Updates and releases can be found through his Beatport artist page.

Reinoud Van Toledo and Jack Delhi episode 7 opens with Reinoud Van Toledo in the first hour before Jack Delhi takes the second hour. Hot Usual’s Feel Good begins the programme inside House Music, using a direct vocal hook and a clean club structure as the entry point.

Shouse’s Love Tonight adds a Dance / Pop reference early in the hour, bringing a familiar vocal-led record into the set before the rhythm tightens. Max Chapman and Secondcity then move the programme into Tech House with En Las Nubes, a track connected to the pair’s Terrace Tales material and its confirmed tech-led release context.

Patrick Topping’s Love Hangover keeps the first hour in a modern club framework, drawing on the producer’s profile across House and Tech House. Electronic Youth and Space Sheo follow with Source, adding another tech-led selection with a compact rhythm and a more controlled low-end shape.

Freedom B’s Bring Me Down keeps the hour focused on Tech House, using the producer’s regular catalogue of club material as the clearest placement point. Kapi’s Cabeza then adds a more percussive cut, keeping Reinoud Van Toledo’s first hour direct and rhythm-led.

95 North and Mason Mayhard’s Puffy briefly returns the programme to House, linking the set to a more traditional groove-led line. The Deepshakers then bring Raw Way into the mix, restoring a firmer Tech House structure with a heavier rhythm and a more functional club feel.

Paulo Martini’s Needed Me keeps the late first hour in Tech House, maintaining the bassline pressure already built through the previous selections. Loulou Players, Fran Bortolossi and Bruna Liz close Reinoud Van Toledo’s hour with I Told Ya, ending the first section on a vocal-led Tech House cut.

Jack Delhi opens the second hour with Nautica’s edit of Drake’s Passionfruit, turning a familiar R&B and pop source into a House-focused club version. Candi Staton’s Young Hearts Run Free then appears in the Studio Cross remix, introducing Disco House through a classic vocal source and a brighter dancefloor setting.

Flux Pavilion’s I Can’t Stop receives a Bingewatch remix that moves the hour into Bass House, using the original’s weight inside a more club-ready edit. Baylee Brown’s All The Brothers and the Peacemaker remix of Caesars’ Jerk It Out then return the set to House through recognisable hooks and open groove structures.

The unknown Sippin fits the surrounding Tech House section, giving the second hour a tighter rhythm after the run of edits. Guille Placencia’s Gang Way then strengthens that direction, matching the Spanish producer’s regular Tech House profile and adding another percussion-led club track.

Cloonee’s Sun Goes Down brings a confirmed Tech House selection into the middle of Jack Delhi’s hour, reworking a Cassius-linked hook inside Cloonee’s signature club style. Jack Delhi and Reinoud Van Toledo then appear with You Know How Many The Thing Go, bringing the episode back to House through their own collaboration.

J Balvin and Sky’s Verde appears in the Dem2 Club Edit, introducing a Latin House section built from a reggaeton source and reshaped for the dancefloor. Bad Bunny and Jhay Cortez’s Dakiti then follows in the Hawk VIP Edit, keeping that Latin club character in place while moving the rhythm closer to House.

Johan S and HP Vince’s Touch Me returns the second hour to House, supported by its confirmed release listing and Johan S’ wider profile across House and Tech House. Max Esposito’s Deep then moves into Minimal / Deep Tech, reducing the arrangement and giving the late section a tighter underground shape.

Stefano Kosa’s Palm Tree keeps the set in Minimal / Deep Tech, using his regular stripped-back club style as the basis for the placement. Vanilla Ice’s Ice Ice Baby appears in the Dion Dobbe edit, turning another familiar vocal source into a House-centred late-hour selection.

Mr Oizo’s Flat Beat receives the Blame Mate reboot, moving the set back into Tech House with a sharper electronic edge. Londonbeat’s I’ve Been Thinking About You in the Soulspy remix closes the episode with House, ending Jack Delhi’s hour through a familiar vocal hook rebuilt for club use.

The episode moves from Reinoud Van Toledo’s House and Tech House first hour into Jack Delhi’s second-hour blend of edits, Latin House, Bass House and deeper club material. Its structure keeps both hours connected through House and Tech House while giving the second half more recognisable vocal references and edit-driven changes.
