Paul van Dyk Launches VANDIT Next Generation Mentorship Programme

Paul van Dyk and VANDIT Records have launched VANDIT Next Generation, a new mentorship and talent development initiative aimed at supporting emerging electronic music producers worldwide.
The programme has been created to help identify and develop the next wave of electronic artists through direct mentorship, professional feedback and release opportunities within the VANDIT Label Group. Open to producers working across Trance, Progressive House, Melodic Techno, Chill, Downtempo and experimental electronic styles, the initiative aims to bridge developing talent with the wider international electronic music community.
Five selected producers will take part in a mentorship experience led personally by Paul van Dyk, receiving one-on-one guidance, track-development feedback, and creative support designed to help refine both their productions and artistic direction. Selected material will also have the opportunity to receive an official release through the VANDIT Label Group.
Discussing the project, Paul van Dyk explained:
“The VANDIT Next Generation programme isn’t solely about music; this is my opportunity to support the next generation within the dance music community. The initiative has been designed to nurture creativity, assist aspiring artists in finding their true voice, and guide the next wave of talent to reach their full potential. I’m excited to work with the five chosen producers and help them take the next steps forward in their journey.”
The initiative arrives at a time when mentorship opportunities within electronic music remain relatively limited, particularly for independent artists attempting to navigate production, identity and release strategy within an increasingly competitive global electronic music scene. Through VANDIT Next Generation, the label aims to create a direct pathway between emerging producers and one of electronic music’s most established figures.
The wider VANDIT Label Group now spans multiple electronic music directions through imprints including the trance-focused VANDIT Records, the progressive and melodic-driven VANDIT Alternative, techno platform VANTEC and downtempo-focused Chateau Bonheur Musique, reflecting the broad stylistic scope of the mentorship initiative.
Artists interested in applying are invited to submit their strongest original production via Dropbox or SoundCloud link alongside a short biography and introduction. Entries should be sent to demos@vandit.com with the subject line “VANDIT Next Generation”.
