Marco Mei has released his playlist for his next show this Saturday the 9th of November from 6 PM to 8 PM Indochina Time (ICT) and repeating Sunday from 2 to 4 PM (ICT). Scientific Sound Asia is the upcoming electronic music station for Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia and the rest of Asia.
Marco is an Italian DJ and producer with over twenty years of experience. Spending his educative years growing up with Afrobeat and the foundations of electronic music he started his career as a DJ in the early 90's and over the last 20 years has performed at some of the most groundbreaking festivals and Nightclubs' across the globe sharing the decks with a host of DJs such as Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Ralph Falcon and Sander Kleinenberg.
In the early 2000s, he gained a residency at Pacha Club in Sharm-El-Sheikh and began roaming as an artist at a number of underground nightclubs across Asia including Arcan (Saigon), Fuse (Brussels), Room 18 (Taipei), Shore Club (Hoi An), Bangaluu (Berlin), G-Star (Pattaya), SOS Supper Club (Bali) and NLO (Minsk) together with artists such as Harry “Choo Choo” Romero, Justin Berkmann and Funk D’Void.
Forming a combination with Stefano Ugliano, going by the name Bicycle Corporation, they released well over 50 tracks and remixes that have been played by a plethora of Internationally acclaimed disc jockeys. Marco at present dwells in Taiwan where he continues his love of his profession with a skill which has enabled him to become part of an ever-growing group of world-renowned artists on Scientific Sound Asia radio.
His weekly show features a broad selection of genres including Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu-Disco, Indie Dance, Electronica, and Techno. He is available for further bookings through our DJ Agency.
