After Hours host Patrize announces guest DJ HarsH for 481

After Hours 481 on Scientific Sound Asia features PatriZe alongside guest DJ HarsH. Scientific Sound Asia is an underground electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter serving the Asian region and beyond, publishing music news and connecting audiences regionally and internationally.

PatriZe is a Belgian DJ, producer and label head who came up through trance and techno before the melodic pull of progressive house took hold. That move has underpinned both his sets and his productions ever since.

In 2010 he worked alongside Pole Folder, an artist connected to Bedrock Records and Reworck, before winning the Night Museum DJ competition in France the same year. The prize brought an opening slot for Guy J, widening his reach beyond Belgium at an early stage.

His sets favour layered melodic arrangements and unhurried transitions, with a tech undercurrent running quietly through. Based in Thailand, he plays regularly at Beachspot and Thai Lounge & Terrace in Pattaya, where a steady local following sits alongside his international radio commitments.

In April 2015, he co-founded AH Digital with Hypnotised, building a label around progressive house that has worked with artists across the genre. The debut EP People from the Otherworld reached number four on the Beatport Progressive House chart and broke into the top twenty in both techno and tech house.

Collaborative studio work with Hypnotised has been a regular feature of recent output, from their remix of Michael A's Ignition on AH Digital in early 2025 to multiple releases of the Nikoow's Weird Things rework across late 2025 and into 2026. His 2023 DJ mix AH Digital Essentials 004 captures the breadth of his range, moving through house and techno across an extended session.

HarsH is a DJ from Sri Lanka who has been active since 2012, working across dark progressive, progressive techno and melodic styles. His sets are built around breadth and movement, drawing on a wide range of material to keep dancefloors engaged across extended sessions.

Beyond DJing, he works in sound engineering and runs his own promotions, giving him a broad foothold in Sri Lanka's electronic music scene. He performs regularly at clubs and festivals across the island and has built a substantial local following. More of his work can be found on Mixcloud.

After Hours 481 opens with PatriZe drawing from a range of Progressive House labels. Mike Rish's The Quest on Juicebox Music sets a measured tone before Fatih Ulusoy's Afternoon in the Valeria Petz Remix on Future Avenue develops the melodic mood.

Max Averbach's Signals in the Ric Niels Remix, also on Future Avenue, and Ric Niels's own Savon on Dopamine White carry the hour forward, the Argentine producer appearing on both sides of the remix relationship within the same section. Pablo Arbelaez's Valhalla in the Nacres Remix on AH Digital and Alex Konstantinov's Loose Gravity in the Dmitry Molosh Remix on Deepwibe Underground sustain the progressive direction.

Michael A's Trails on Zephyr Music Records and Kabi (AR) and K Loveski's Whisper From The Moon on Juicebox Music carry the hour into its later stages. Nōpi and Sarah Chilanti's Flatter in the Dmitry Molosh Remix on Sound Avenue introduces a warm Organic House quality before GMJ and Matter's Moons in the Orsen Remix on Proton Music brings PatriZe's ten-track hour to a close.

Guest HarsH opens the second hour with Dikanda's Ederlezi in the Argy Rous Remix, the Balkan folk track reworked into a progressive context as an atmospheric and culturally distinctive opening statement. Hraach's Silver Cord on GEORGE V follows, the Armenian-born Barcelona-based producer's Deep House sensibility introducing a different texture before the hour moves back towards progressive territory.

Wassu and djimboh's Kavi on TRYBESof and Shai T's Storyteller on the same label carry the hour forward, TRYBESof's organic-leaning aesthetic sitting naturally within HarsH's programming. Sajith Prakash's God's Own Country on Eat My Hat Music and RUDRA's Sambhav on Mango Alley sustain the mood before GRIFE's Life's Not A Contest and Double Touch's Allure, both on TRYBESof, continue the label's consistent presence through the second half.

Mass Digital's Another Us in the An Deé Remix on Melody Of the Soul and Nico Szabo's Raccoon on TRYBESof carry the hour towards its conclusion before Two-Gun's Beta Arietis on Dear Deer Black closes the episode. After Hours 481 is a cohesive two hours, PatriZe's South American progressive selections giving way to HarsH's more globally influenced and organically inflected guest hour.
