8U8A has published the tracklist for his upcoming show on Scientific Sound Asia. The station operates as an Asian electronic music radio platform, DJ agency and promoter with an international audience, supporting underground artists and connecting scenes across the region and beyond.

Originally from Russia, 8U8A began his journey in electronic music as a Drum and Bass and Jungle MC in 2004, later developing into a vocalist. By 2007, he expanded his focus, combining MCing with DJing and beginning to build a wide-ranging collection of bass music from around the world.

His early selections centred on dubstep, grime and UK garage, before broadening significantly as he discovered the global bass movement. Over time, his collection grew to include baile funk, moombahton, kuduro, dancehall, dembow, cumbia, trap, Jersey club, footwork and jungle, reflecting a wide perspective on rhythm-driven club music.

In 2014, he began travelling with the aim of sharing his sound internationally, performing across Southeast Asia in countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia. These experiences helped shape his style, combining technical DJing with vocal performance and a strong connection to the crowd.

Known for his energy on both the microphone and the decks, 8U8A has built a reputation for engaging performances that move across genres while maintaining a consistent groove. His approach reflects a commitment to global bass culture and a focus on creating a positive and energetic atmosphere on the dancefloor.

Now based in Vietnam, he continues to perform regularly across the region while contributing shows to Scientific Sound Asia as part of the station’s DJ agency roster, bringing his diverse selection and performance style to an international audience.

Global Bass 21 opens with a heavy underground tone as Inna Heart and Nyankobrq introduce bass-driven rhythms rooted in Jungle and UK Bass. Age Of Hate and Ravers Nature continue with dark break patterns, while When Your Child Is A Psychopath and Focus push into harsher experimental territory. The early section establishes a raw sound built on breakbeats, sub-bass and distorted textures.

The mix expands through Mmm, Vemod and Après La Brume, maintaining a balance between Jungle rhythms and Dubstep influence. Tracks such as Harlem Jungle and Long Awaited reinforce classic Jungle structure, while Mess Around and Chardro introduce more modern bass music elements. Loc'd Out Smoked Out, and Gentleman continue the rolling low-end energy before Kohaku and The Licence connect back to early rave and jungle foundations.

Momentum intensifies with Junglist Sound and Chanstep Numba Two, where Drum & Bass and Dubstep collide. Tracks like Bad Boy Acid, Southside and Snuffy Dog bring a harder edge, while Take Me Higher and Stardust introduce experimental and breakcore textures. Thermoptics, Roads Of Rage and War Poem push deeper into aggressive Drum & Bass territory, driven by distorted drums and fast-paced rhythms.

The final stretch delivers maximum intensity as Dagger, Hot As Hell and Worries In The Dance maintain high-energy Drum & Bass pressure. Kill Dem Jah, Gunfinger and Fist 2 Temple push into hardcore jungle territory, while Babylonbwoy 2020 and Jungle Tekno reinforce rave-era influence. Closing tracks such as Food Fight, Fire Bun and War In The Jungle keep the momentum high before Revolution Action ends the session with a raw industrial breakbeat finish, completing a powerful journey through Jungle, Drum & Bass and global bass culture.
