This event took place at Tonic Rooftop Bar, 79 Quốc Hương, An Khánh, Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City, from 9 PM on 16 May 2026 until 3 AM on 17 May 2026.

Scientific Sound Asia presented DnB Saigon, a Drum and Bass session at Tonic Rooftop Bar in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together international artists and local DJs for a night focused on underground bass music.

Heading the line-up was Esher, a Melbourne producer who had built recognition through releases across several international labels. His track The Imposter gained early support through Spotify’s DnB Massive playlist, followed by releases on Phase Records, Brain Rave, Onset Audio, Magnum Opus and Abyssal Music.

With a background in Trance, Techno and Dubstep, Esher’s Drum and Bass productions combine detailed percussion, deep atmospheres and weighty basslines. He has shared line-ups with artists including Andy C, Sub Focus, Hybrid Minds and Netsky, reflecting his growing presence within the scene.

Jangala also appeared on the night, bringing selections from across the bass music spectrum. Her sets draw on breakbeat-driven styles, heavy low-end and percussive rhythms, moving between sounds while keeping energy and flow across the dance floor.

Support came from Skitty, DJ Psycho-UK and Darkus, representing Ho Chi Minh City’s local Drum and Bass scene. Their sets contributed to the night’s focus on Jungle, Drum and Bass and underground bass music.

The event was free entry and promoted as drug-free, with illicit substances strictly prohibited. The policy kept the focus on music, people and positive energy.
