Marco Mei of Bicycle Corporation has released the playlist for his upcoming show on Scientific Sound Asia. The platform operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter, connecting audiences across the region and internationally.

Originally from Italy, Marco Mei brings more than three decades of experience as a DJ and producer. His early influences were shaped by Afrobeat and synthesised music, which informed his initial direction before he began DJing professionally in the early 1990s.

Over the years, his career has taken him to festivals and clubs worldwide, where he has shared the decks with artists such as Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Ralph Falcon and Sander Kleinenberg.

As his reputation developed, he secured a residency at Pacha Club in Sharm el-Sheikh.

This period marked the beginning of extensive international touring, allowing him to refine his craft at venues including Woo Bar, Fuse in Brussels, Room 18 in Taipei, Bangaluu in Berlin, G-Star in Pattaya, SOS Supper Club in Bali and NLO in Minsk. Along the way, he has performed alongside respected names such as Harry Romero, Justin Berkmann and Funk D’Void, further strengthening his presence within the global club circuit.

In 2009, he formed Bicycle Corporation with Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884. The project brought together their combined experience in DJing and production, resulting in a catalogue spanning house and techno.

Their first release came via 17:44, followed by releases on labels including Alchemy, Miniatures, WL77, GrooveTraxx, Suka and Revox. Since then, the duo have released more than fifty tracks and remixes across Deep House, Tech House, French House and Techno, establishing a solid reputation within the underground scene. Their Hard Techno remix of Virus D.D.D’s Origination remains a notable example of their continued output.

Now based in Taipei, Marco Mei continues to perform regularly across Asia, contributing to a growing network of artists within the regional club circuit. His weekly radio show reflects this breadth, featuring selections across Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu Disco, Indie Dance, Electronica and Techno, maintaining a balance between groove, melody and forward-thinking club energy. He is available for bookings through the Scientific Sound Asia DJ agency.

Marco Mei Podcast 43 opens with a soulful and atmospheric tone as Lady Blackbird’s It'll Never Happen Again in the Zach Witness remix sets a reflective mood before Qrion’s Proud and DJ Jinx’s Tempation bring the session into deeper House Music territory. The Cinthie remix of Womb and Serge & Tyrell’s Pump-O-Matic continue with warm analogue textures, while Larry Heard Presents Mr. White on The Sun Can't Compare adds a defining Deep House moment rooted in Chicago House tradition.

The mix then leans further into classic club energy through Feel My Butterfly in the Dance System and DJ Deeon remix, alongside Rampa’s Necessity and Kirk Degiorgio’s Divine Logic. Laurent Garnier’s remix of Whether the Weather keeps the groove fluid before Pure Evil and the Special Request remix of Rock to the Beat introduce a tougher edge, drawing more directly from Detroit Techno and electro-informed rhythms.

A run of classic House and warehouse-driven selections follows with Farley Knows House, A Day In The Life and Todd Terry’s Bounce To The Beat in the Gianni Firmaio bootleg. Andrea Oliva’s remix of Playa and DJ 3000’s Summer 1995 deepen the underground feel, while Télépopmusik’s Ghost Of Love in the Alan Dixon dub remix brings a touch of Nu Disco colour without breaking the set’s late-night momentum.

The closing stretch balances House and Detroit-rooted Techno with Blake Baxter’s Where Were You, Sometimes, House In U and String Fee (Revisited) all reinforcing the groove-led core of the episode. Body Language Pro and The Devil’s Dancer maintain the tension before Underground Resistance’s Transition Accapella in the GoldL!on remix and Trentemøller’s All Too Soon introduce darker electronic textures. Beachclub and DJ Deeon’s Body Musik round things off with warmth and attitude, giving Podcast 43 a strong finish built around House depth and Detroit influence.
