DJ Marco Mei announces the playlist for the 2026 episode 12.

DJ Marco Mei of Bicycle Corporation returns with a new edition of his radio show on Scientific Sound Asia. The platform operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter, while also publishing music news and connecting audiences across the region and internationally.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Marco has developed a sound shaped by Afro-influenced rhythms, deep house foundations and club-focused energy. His approach reflects a strong connection to the dancefloor, supported by experience and a refined selection style built over time.

Marco’s journey began in the early 1990s in Turin, where he became involved in the city’s underground scene. Through the Urban People collective, he helped organise independent events that contributed to Italy’s early electronic music movement.

A key stage in his career came with a residency at Pacha in Sharm el-Sheikh. This period expanded his international presence and led to performances at venues including Woo Bar in Bali, The Mansion in Shanghai, Fuse in Brussels and The Observatory in Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2009, he partnered with Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884, to form Bicycle Corporation. Since then, the duo have released more than fifty tracks and remixes across Deep House, Tech House, French House and Techno on labels including Alchemy, Miniatures, WL77, Suka and GrooveTraxx.

Now based in Taipei, Marco Mei remains active across the Asian electronic music scene. Through his regular broadcasts, he continues to present carefully curated sets that balance underground foundations with contemporary club sounds.

Marco Mei 2026 episode 12 opens with A Month Left in the Deeper Shades Of Black mix, setting a soulful House Music tone before Vince Watson’s Progress in the Joe Claussell remix and Played It move into deeper territory. Warawara and Quente introduce groove-led rhythms with a subtle Indie Dance edge, while Mexico Is Magic brings a classic Jackin House feel into the early flow.

The mix develops through Let Me Tell U Something and Give Me A Kiss, balancing House and Tech House with a steady club groove. Go and Soulbound continue this direction, while Music Is The Answer in the re-edit adds a strong Garage House influence rooted in classic vocal energy.

Energy builds with Tasty, Free Living and Seven Sense, before Internal Question brings a New York House flavour into the mix. Gorilla, Concrete and Shaking Groove maintain a driving Tech House rhythm, while U Got Me Crazy keeps the momentum tight and dancefloor-focused.

The closing section moves through Love’s Theme and 17 in the Disco Dom refunk, introducing disco-driven elements before I’m Gonna Make It reinforces the vocal House energy. Mind Your Own Business rounds off the session with a solid groove, delivering a balanced mix of House, Tech House and deeper club styles throughout.
