Syncia & CASH ONLY Return With Eljé On New Single ‘Something Something’

Love & Other welcomes Syncia and CASH ONLY with a new collaborative release featuring rising vocalist Eljé on their latest single, Something Something. The release marks the third outing from the duo’s evolving bass and Garage-inspired House project and continues to build momentum around their club-focused sound.

Something Something draws influence from classic UK Garage rhythms while maintaining a polished contemporary House approach suited to modern dancefloors. Driven by shuffled percussion and rolling low-end grooves, the track balances underground influences with a wider crossover appeal through its combination of groove, atmosphere and vocal-led songwriting.

Syncia comments:

“I had been a big fan of Eljé for a while, and with previous collaborations with Riva Star, Deetron, Notion, and Jack Marlow, I just had to reach out and invite her to a writing camp to see what we could cook up.”

CASH ONLY comments:

“The final track is quite different from what we originally wrote musically after I teamed up with Syncia to launch our new project this year, but I think it represents what we are about musically right now. The track itself is House-driven but uses Garage-inspired drums and basslines to keep the energy high. Eljé’s vocals are quite relaxed but emotive and gives the track the edge that captures people's ears and creates something that I think a lot of people can connect with while also being able to dance to.”

Syncia, recognised for Beatport chart success on Kneaded Pains and We Are The Brave, continues to establish himself within the international House Music scene. He joins forces once again with CASH ONLY, whose CASH ONLY The Chronicles tour has been gaining momentum across the global club circuit. Eljé meanwhile adds her distinctive vocal style following a string of collaborations and more than 15 million streams to date, alongside support from BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra.

Together, the three artists deliver a release that reflects a shared appreciation for contemporary House music and UK underground influences while maintaining a strong focus on dancefloor energy.
