Episode 714 of After Hours presents a deep, hypnotic and carefully sculpted Progressive House journey led by resident DJ Hypnotised. Broadcast on Scientific Sound Asia, the Vietnam-based electronic music station, promoter and DJ agency, the series continues to bridge underground artists and audiences across Asia and the wider international scene through radio programming, digital platforms and live events.

Based in Ghent, Belgium, Hypnotised has earned a strong reputation for melodic, narrative-driven sets that balance emotional depth with technical precision. Performances at respected festivals such as I Love Techno and 10 Days of Techno have helped solidify his standing within the global underground, where his sound is known for gradual tension, extended progression and a refined, immersive musical flow.

Alongside long-time collaborator PatriZe, Hypnotised has shaped After Hours into a widely respected platform dedicated to Progressive and Melodic House. The show is syndicated internationally, airing on TM Radio in the United States, XBeat across Europe, Cosmos Radio in Germany and Scientific Sound Asia in Vietnam, cultivating a loyal and globally connected audience.

Beyond After Hours, Hypnotised and PatriZe also curate AH Digital Essentials on Proton Radio, while Hypnotised leads Energetic on Progressive Beats Radio. As co-founder and label manager of AH Digital, he remains deeply committed to nurturing emerging talent while maintaining a carefully curated catalogue rooted in melodic and progressive club music.

Recent studio highlights include his collaboration with Frank Savio on a remix of Tabrissel’s The Master of Time and Thoughts, released on COMET Records. The track blends textured melodic layers with driving Progressive House movement, reflecting Hypnotised’s continued evolution as both a producer and selector.

With further material forthcoming on AH Digital and other respected imprints, Hypnotised remains a defining voice in contemporary Progressive House, guided by experience, musical clarity and a long-standing commitment to underground culture.

This week’s edition of After Hours welcomes rising Progressive House producer and selector Tabrissel, also known by her real name Nadezhda, as guest DJ for the second hour. Tabrissel began writing music in October 2024, marking the start of a focused and determined creative journey.

In a short time, she has developed a clear artistic identity centred around Progressive House, a genre that reflects her taste for emotional depth, hypnotic movement, and evolving musical narratives. She describes music as “what I need, what you need, what we need — our language of the soul,” a philosophy that strongly shapes both her productions and her DJ selections.

Her studio work has already gained traction through releases on COMET Records, most notably her track The Master of Time and Thoughts, which appears in both an Original Mix and a Hypnotised & Frank Savio Remix. The track showcases her signature sound: driving 122 BPM grooves in D Major, atmospheric textures, and gradual melodic development that fits naturally within modern Progressive House and melodic club environments.

Alongside this, her track The Desert Flower, also released on COMET Records, further demonstrates her ability to balance rhythm and emotion, this time in G Major, maintaining a smooth yet compelling dancefloor energy. Though still early in her career, Tabrissel is already shaping a distinct musical voice that blends introspection with movement.

With her first year of production already yielding strong results, Tabrissel represents a new generation of Progressive House artists who prioritise feeling, atmosphere, and musical storytelling. Her guest set on After Hours signals the beginning of what is likely to be a promising path in the international electronic music scene, alongside her first release on Hypnotised's label, AH Digital.

Host DJ Hypnotised begins in a measured, atmospheric space as Apollo Vibes and Blue Forest set a reflective tone. Reflections and Aurora Flow deepen the mood with slow-building harmonic movement, favouring subtle progression over peak-time energy. The textures remain spacious and melodic, allowing the groove to breathe rather than rush forward.

As the first hour continues, Ivis and Serenade introduce a slightly firmer rhythmic drive while keeping a lyrical edge. 1980 and Overlay steer the mix toward a smoother, club-focused feel, and Moments Of Return closes Hypnotised’s set with balanced tension, linking melody and motion without breaking the flow.

Tabrissel’s second hour starts calmly with Solar Symphony and Damage, maintaining continuity while sharpening the groove. Cosmos, Serenade of the Empire, and Spectre add a cleaner, rolling structure, leaning more toward dancefloor consistency while retaining emotional depth.

The final stretch moves steadily through Leave the World Behind and Do What You Can, keeping a controlled, mid-tempo pulse. Analog Dream and Rocking on a Ship reinforce the set’s forward momentum before The Side concludes the broadcast, rounding out a cohesive night centred on deep, melodic Progressive House rather than dramatic peaks.

Don’t forget to set a reminder for the live house music radio show on Monday, February 9th, 2026, from 10:00 PM to midnight Indochina Time (ICT). If you miss it, you can always catch the replay on Friday from 10:00 AM to noon (ICT).
