Italian producer and DJ INVE presents his tenth guest show on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an electronic music radio station, promoter and music-news platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally.
INVE, an Italian DJ and producer from Valenza, works across House Music, Deep House, Jackin House and Nu-Disco, with influences from Tech and Progressive House. His DJ sets move from club-focused House into deeper, more electronic selections.
Teaming up with fellow producer Diego Forsinetti, INVE formed the duo Inve & Forsi, whose debut single, “Feel and Mazar”, received critical praise. Their productions have appeared on labels including Emotive Vibes in Copenhagen and G-Records in Milan, demonstrating their international reach.
The duo’s catalogue includes remixes for the German pair B.Infinite vs Chris Cowley and a collaboration on the multinational Crush Your Head project with N.D. Anderson, Michael Kruse, and Zinner & Orffee. Releases including “La La La” on miniMarket and “Fired” on Oryx, alongside their remix of Chris Cowley and Decibel Rockerz’s “Agent 808”, mark their presence in electronic music.
In 2019, INVE & Forsi’s remix of House of Glass’s “Disco Down” reached number 28 on the Traxsource House chart. INVE has also worked successfully as a solo artist, with “Hoy” reaching number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart and “Right Back” released through Total Freedom.
Together, INVE & Forsi released “No One Else” on Mumi, “Love” on Onako, and “Saved My Life” on Turtle Wax. Collaborations between INVE and Andrea Mirgone have explored Melodic and Progressive House through “Surface In The Air” on Rounded, “Beyond” on Surbeats, and “Constellation” on Marktek.
Their work has achieved recognition on Traxsource, a platform used by DJs internationally. INVE’s tenth episode brings Progressive House into contact with Melodic House and Techno and Organic House.
INVE’s tenth guest show opens with Rich Vom Dorf’s Desperate on Tächno, setting an Organic House foundation before INVE and Andrea Mirgone’s Surface In The Air on Vivenza Music introduces Progressive House. Ben Böhmer and Tinlicker’s Run Away, featuring Felix Raphael, follows before Monkey Safari’s Safe on Spectrum (NL) brings in melodic house and techno.
M.O.S. takes the set towards Organic House again with Tam V Oblakah on Melody Of the Soul. Pippi Ciez and Idd Aziz’s Riziki on All Day I Dream, Sanoi and Elif’s Bamboo Forest on Kotori, and Westseven and Ross Farren’s Compass on When We Dip Records sustain that direction.
Ruben Karapetyan’s Hathor in Matan Caspi’s remix on Movement Recordings returns to Progressive House. Nōpi’s Parallel Words, remixed by GMJ & Matter for Proton Music, is followed by John Creamer and Stephane K’s I Wish You Were Here featuring Nkemdi in Stan Kolev’s remix.
CamelPhat and Yannis’ Hypercolour in Mind Against’s remix on RCA Records Label brings the programme back to melodic house and techno. QDream and Bondarev’s Amathusia, remixed by Dmitry Molosh for Aboriginal, then reconnects with Progressive House.
Patrice Bäumel’s Sender on Afterlife Records leads into Tale Of Us and Fideles’ Vanishing on the same label. Lexer’s Odyssey on Bedrock Records retains the melodic house and techno focus before Whoriskey’s Straightner on Full Tilt Recordings turns back to Progressive House.
Loco & Jam’s Sleepwalker on Stereo Productions Catalog supplies the set’s Peak Time Techno moment. Rinzen closes with Resonate on Desert Hearts Black, returning the final passage to melodic house and techno.
