DJ Psy Inertia, whose real name is Sai Subramanian, is one of India’s most seasoned DJs and studied at Spin DJ Academy before holding residencies at Tavern, Brighton, Lush, HQ, Purple Haze and Vie Lounge. He has also worked with brands and event agencies, while his performances are known for their individual character.

DJ Psy Inertia draws inspiration from Massive Attack, Cristian Paduraru, MJ, Talvin Singh, Greg Kobe, Zeb, Orion Prophecy, Snap, Digital Mess, Dave Clarke, Skream, Morcheeba, Christian Hornbostel, Frankie Knuckles, Sven Vath and Kitaro. Those influences inform his varied selections and dance-floor performances.
The previous year brought a successful experience that earned appreciation from listeners worldwide and figures in the industry. That acknowledgement led to partnerships with Visiomind Records in Vienna and future work with Mechanic and Tropic Records in Mexico City on a Deep House and Progressive track.

Thomas Evans’ Reactivitz remix of Nuance on Unrilis is followed by Polli Ji’s Coyu remix of Meant To Be on Suara. The Disco classification appears with Underworld’s Born Slippy on UMC before DJ Haus’ DJ Boneyard remix of Too Much Data on Dance Trax returns to the prevailing intensity.
