Gerard presents The Hit List 28 on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music-news platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally.
Gerard is a Deep House, Deep Tech, Tech House and Techno producer and DJ from Angeles City in the United States, with a passion for electronic music. He aims to contribute to the future of House music by widening its culture and awareness through his style of play and production.
After a period in South East Asia, Gerard returned to Florida, USA, and works with Scientific Sound Asia's DJ agency. He is also Nu-Disco manager for Brasbeat, Latin America's first and only digital source for electronic music, and hosts a regular podcast and mix show featuring his monthly charted music.
Gerard's The Hit List 28 episode opens with Marvin Zeyss's Solitary Life in Mario Aureo's remix on Colourful Recordings, followed by Fabio Giannelli's M.A.N.D.Y. remix of Maintain for Get Physical Music. Both selections establish a Deep House opening before the programme introduces a more percussive direction.
Darksidevinyl's Tamba on Seres Producoes brings Afro House into the sequence, while Hakan (NL)'s Rhombus on Inner Symphony turns towards Melodic House and Techno. KURED follows with the extended mix of Molly on Armada Subjekt, bringing the selection back to House Music.
Mental Order and Tim Othy's Isulu on MIR MUSIC introduces Progressive House, before Gam's Hazelize on Grand And Masterful Records returns to Deep House. Mol's Body Build on DNCTRX then raises the pressure with Peak Time Techno.
Tomy Wahl's Spacewalk on Jaw Dropping Records revisits Progressive House before M.F.S: Observatory's Spoken Word on Daylight Robbery Records enters Tech House territory. Max Chapman's Alpha on Hottrax keeps that Tech House focus in place with a firm club-ready pulse.
Love Over Entropy's As If on Cocoon Recordings returns to Melodic House and Techno, then Red AFRIKa's Afro Steam on Open Bar Music brings House Music back into view. Kevin Over's Blackplant on Noir Music supplies another Deep House moment before Luiz & Winth's Rosmarin on Big Mamas House Compilations returns to Peak Time Techno.
Undercatt's Alien on NOTTURNA closes the later stretch with Melodic House and Techno, followed by Kevin Over's Jodye on Noir Music. Stefano Crabuzza's Losing Control on MUSE provides the final turn into Deep Tech House.
