New Zealand-born DJ Snuck presented his first guest show, Scientific Sound Asia Radio Podcast 193, in July 2020. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music-news platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally.
DJ Snuck, whose real name is Adam Mellor, is from New Zealand and spent most of his adult life in London, the United Kingdom's capital. His interest in music began with the varied styles played by his parents, while early rave and a first Metalheadz event led to his passion for DJing..
Influenced by the mixing of Hype and Randall, as well as Goldie's darker sound, he developed an interest in Drum and Bass and House Music. Derrick Carter and Josh Wink also informed his appreciation of DJs who combine different House subgenres.
DJ Snuck favours variety and selects music that feels right at the time, an approach heard in his mixes and style of play. He has played at various parties and bars as well as underground clubs in and around South London.
At the time of publication, he played regularly in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, including Scientific Sound Asia events as a resident House DJ for its Our House nights. His preferred styles include Tech House and Funky House, alongside catchy riffs and varied selections.

Juwan Rates' Somebody, J Fader's Ain't Misbehavin (Jazz Thing) and Darius' Who's The Douche on Hot Creations follow, settling into straight-up House Music.
Scrubfish's Holla If You Came To Funk on Flapjack keeps the House Music focus, before Dansson and Marlon Hoffstadt's Jesse Rose remix of Shake That adds another club-focused cut. Roger Sanchez's Underground, issued through Dance Pool, Defected and Sony Music, sits beside South Of Roosevelt's Keep It On The Low and Gotta Swing on Cabbie Hat Recordings.
Hope's The Tree Frog on DIKI Records Classics leads into Lee Cabrera featuring Alex Cartana's Shake It (Move A Little Closer), released through ICompilations. That Electro turn is followed by Lee Cabrera's Jesse Rose remix of Shake That on Hoboken House, keeping the rhythmic pressure intact.
Duca's Wicked Loop (Original Mix) on Lo Kik Records introduces Peak Time Techno, while Gene Farris' Body Motion on Material shifts towards Tech House. Bimas' Never Say Goodbye on Desolat and Jesse Rose's Carnival (Original Mix) on Play It Down extend that Tech House section.
Sharam and Jay Daniel Fernand's Jump Up on Bunny Tiger brings in Nu-Disco, before Lump's Down With U (Original Mix) on murmur draws the set into Deep House. Philip Bader, Nicone and Sascha's Dantze Boy on Dantze returns to Peak Time Techno, and Darius Syrossian revisits Who's The Douche (Original Mix) for Hot Creations.
Carlo Marani's I Don't Understand on Metropolitan Recordings and Torrfish's Flash (Jason Hodges Junction Style) maintain the late-set club energy.
