Coh-hul has published his playlist for 'Play it Load' episode 35. Scientific Sound Asia is the Asian electronic music station for the Asian region and has an international following.
Coh-hul is a Tech Funk and Tech House DJ and Producer previously based in Saigon, Vietnam and now currently in Portugal. His signature sound involves heavy basslines, and tribal drum patterns layered with groovy sci-fi melodies.
The Dirtybird and Relief record labels heavily influenced his sound. He was an established disc jockey in Vietnam, having residencies at the major clubs in Saigon. His biggest show was in Marseille at Le Chapiteau a sold-out venue laying down the best set of his career.
Coh-hul hosts his own radio show 'Play It Loud' on our station monthly. The monthly broadcast focuses on the hottest new Tech House and Tech Funk tracks before dedicating the last hour to a record label that gives him inspiration.
He has just started a new YouTube show called 'Seshnikov'. The show offers music production tips and showcases some of his new track ideas.
Coh-hul is now on Beatport, Spotify, and Bandcamp. Currently, all of his focus is spent on production, and he is looking to get some of his content on dance floors. An exciting and driven future is what we have in store for this artist.
’Play it Loud' is a showcase of the best in Tech-house & Tech-funk. His last show focused on Too Many Rules and delivered a heavy mix of those hard-hitting tracks that the label boasts.
Finally after a 6-month break 'Play It Loud' is back with a lot of fresh music to share. A lot has changed since the last show.
Coh-hul is currently in Portugal and will be heading to Brazil to party next month. He got to travel a lot in Vietnam before leaving and got to play his first show in Hanoi.
He became a promoter putting on a crazy leaving party consisting of 25 artists with multiple genres Tech-funk, Afrobeat, Surf Punk, Rock, Ghetto Tech, and Electronic amongst others, recaps of the sets can be found on his YouTube channel. He has taken the challenge of travelling the world to see how things are elsewhere.
He will be in Lisbon for 6 weeks. He got to play one show at 'Cargo 111' and will have another show at 'Pen Sao Amor' before getting to Brazil. He has tickets booked for Mochakk at Park.Art and Beltran/Duarte at El Fortin and can’t wait to see how things are over there.
This month, the show is going to be a little different. The show will go through all the best tracks over the last 6 months and end the show with a blast from the past that Coh-hul has been enjoying listening to whilst walking the streets of Lisbon.
