Bicycle Corporation comprises Italian DJ and producer Marco Mei and Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884. Their catalogue includes more than 50 releases across Techno, Deep House, House, Melodic and French House.
In the early 1990s, Marco began his career in the House Music and Techno scene as a crew member for events including Urban People. His work in Italy led to bookings internationally, extending his career beyond his home country.
Stefano, who is from Torino, Italy, showed musical ability from an early age and devoted much of his free time to developing it. He studied classical piano and percussion, mastered the drums, admired Chopin’s compositions and engaged with the complex rhythms of the West African djembe.
While exploring different musical forms, Stefano became particularly drawn to DJing from his teenage years. Turntable rhythms held a particular attraction at a time when they were rarely heard on Italian radio stations.
Creating and performing these sounds, then sharing them with audiences, could appear an unreachable ambition for many. With Marco’s support and their shared dedication, commitment and persistence, Bicycle Corporation emerged from the pair’s determination to realise that ambition.
Marco and Stefano have revisited some of their earlier tracks in acknowledgement of the musical path they have taken. Their Bandcamp page distributes this material and gives listeners an opportunity to reconnect with the duo’s beginnings.

DJ Brendon P, also known by his real name Brendon Perera, hails from Singapore and embodies a subtle, lo-fi approach to his artistry. With a career spanning nearly four decades and continuously evolving, Brendon boasts a wealth of experience within the club and music scene.
Brendon began his career in 1980 on the local mobile circuit and moved to clubs a year later. However, it was his pivotal trip to New York in 1984 that significantly influenced his musical path.
While in New York, he experienced legendary clubs such as the Funhouse, the Paradise Garage, Dancetaria, and the Area. This exposure to the vibrant New York club culture and the emerging house music scene had a profound and enduring effect on him.
Throughout his extensive DJ career, spanning an array of musical genres including House, Techno, Disco, Nu-Disco, Funk, Soul, Lounge, and Electronica, Brendon P has graced both local and international events. With roots firmly planted in the club scene since the 1980s, he has honed his skills, cultivating a discerning ear and an enduring passion for dance music.
Brendon P's distinguished career includes residencies with esteemed groups such as Juliana’s and Bacchus in the '90s, as well as performances with Neo Pharaohs, Venom, and NOX during the same era. He notably held a prominent 9-year residency at the world-famous Zouk Club in Singapore. Furthermore, from July 2001 to May 2009, Brendon had a 2-year residency at Kyo and played a crucial role as part of the Residents team at the prestigious CE LA VI Rooftop Club & Skybar at Marina Bay Sands for 4 and a half years.
Brendon continues to be a key figure in both the local and international club scene today. His DJ sets have energized audiences in cities worldwide, including Geneva, Gothenburg, Melbourne, London, New York, Miami, Taiwan, Hanoi, Hong Kong, and more.
Brendon also had the honour of performing at the prestigious (and now defunct) Cielo Club in New York in June 2010. Furthermore, as a producer in his own right, Brendon has released original tracks and remixes on esteemed labels such as In The Woods (USA), Los Grandes (Spain), Reversoulmusic (USA), Audio Parallax (UK), and various others.
Brendon's unwavering dedication to musical style, sophistication, and meticulous attention to detail has earned him immense praise. BaianaSystem, Antonio Carlos and Jocafi open with Água in the Jimpster remix, placing the first track inside Afro House through its confirmed Afro House and Afro-Latin listing.
Elado’s Tudo Magia moves the set into Brazilian-leaning Nu Disco and Disco, drawing from Barefoot Beats’ samba-soaked MPB edit context. Igor Gonya’s Sandy Rhythm then shifts towards House Music before Gerardo Frisina’s Selvatico brings a Funk and Latin jazz-rooted Schema Records entry into the flow.
Hysteric’s Automatic Can Opener returns the programme to Nu Disco / Disco through Pleasure of Love’s Italo-Disco and New Beat release context. Slave’s Just A Touch in the Pete Le Freq Refreq keeps the funk influence present, while Odyssey’s Inside Out follows as a disco re-edit shaped for the dancefloor.

Casbah 73’s In The Dark returns the set to Disco House through Lovemonk’s description of the release as a disco affair. Luke Solomon’s The Cherry Bomb Blues and Third Attempt’s Push then move the programme through House before Kraak & Smaak’s Echo Park in the Fatnotronic and Emmo remix restores the Nu Disco / Indie Dance rhythm.
Benjamin Ball’s I Just Keep Dancing in the Soul Clap edit brings Culture of Soul into the late section, adding another Disco House entry with a strong vocal and groove focus. E-Talking’s Tony Vairelles then introduces Indie Dance, giving the closing stretch a sharper electronic club sound.
