Deysa presents Deysa Techno Show 1 on Scientific Sound Asia, with its track list announced for 6 June 2019. Scientific Sound Asia is an electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music-news platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally.
Deysa is a Romanian DJ and producer whose career began in 2009 with her "Friday Fever" show on Radio DEEA, described as Romania's most popular underground radio station. The programme marked the start of her profile as a DJ, and, after her 2010 mainstage debut, she became a key figure among a new generation of techno artists whose sets reached Romanian and international underground audiences.
She is also a founder of Underground Romanian Sound, a collective known for supporting the Deep and Tech House scenes in Romania. Deysa has performed at Studio Martin and Kristal Glam Club in Bucharest, Space in Ibiza, Zebra in Bacau, La Gazette in Cluj, Arenele Romane and Control Club in Bucharest, Rivolta Marghera in Italy, Tipografia 5, Piano Bar in Chisinau and Illusion in Montenegro, as well as Romanian festivals including Airfield Festival, Fusion Festival, I Love Festival, Felsziget and Electric Castle.
In 2016, she was resident DJ at Molotov, an electronic music bar in Vama Veche on Romania's Black Sea coast. Her appearances have included shared bills with Boris Brejcha, Sharam, Sister Bliss of Faithless, Nastia, Jose Maria Ramon, Coyu, Ellen Allien, Lady Waks, Jay Lumen, Ali Nasser, Makam, The Model, Herodot, Simina Grigoriu, Ray Okpara and Federico Molinari.
In 2011, Vibe FM Romania honoured her with a place in its Romanian female DJ gallery, and from 2012 she hosted both "Friday Fever" on HFM Radio 103.4 FM and "Girls Go Underground" on 06 AM Ibiza Underground Radio. Her mixes have also been broadcast by Ibiza Global Radio, Kiss FM Ukraine, Cigarra FM Chile, Beatlounge Radio Los Angeles and ABFact Japan.
In 2018, one of her mixes ranked 20th in Mixcloud's global deep tech chart, 22nd in its global minimal chart and 33rd in its global minimal techno chart. Known for an energetic sound and deep feel, Deysa planned her first EP, Feelings, for 2019, featuring techno tracks inspired by her emotions and experiences, and joined the Scientific Sound Asia DJ agency.
Deysa Techno Show 1 opens with Akob's Event Horizon on Circular Limited, establishing a Techno (Raw / Deep / Hypnotic) foundation. Pappenheimer's Religio on DCRYPTED then brings the first Peak Time Techno pressure into view.
Steve Parker's Mattias Fridell remix of Rhea, released through Android Muziq, holds the peak-time focus before Barbax's Tony Romanello remix of Revolution on RED CHANNEL RECORDS adds further force. Mike Parker and Donato Dozzy follow with Fullonica di Stephanus on Dozzy Records, bringing the programme into Techno territory.
Sync Therapy's Silvano Scarpetta remix of Ice Block on Crunch Control returns to raw, deep and hypnotic detail. BigFatEddie's 6 A.M. in Berlin from Big Mamas House Compilations and Sven Schaller's No Hope on Nonlinear Systems raise the intensity again.
Jonas Kopp's Metatron on Ownlife brings a deeper, more hypnotic passage before Klanglos's Buddha on Acid on ERROR Records restores the peak-time pace. Thomas Schumacher's Persistence on Noir Music extends that firm club-focused direction.
Roman Poncet's Piège on Figure supplies a concise techno passage, followed by Abstract Division's Tensal remix of The Hunt on Dynamic Reflection. Joseph Capriati's Awake, released on Drumcode, then pushes the set back towards peak-time momentum.
Antonio Ruscito's Edit Select remix of Seconda Immagine closes the deeper section with a raw and hypnotic edge. Len Faki and Regal finish with Abroad on Figure, ending the programme with direct peak-time techno energy.
