Italian producer and DJ INVE presents his seventeenth guest show on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music radio station and music-news platform serving Asia and listeners internationally.
INVE is an Italian DJ and producer from Valenza, Italy. His music draws on House Music, Deep, Jackin House and Nu-Disco sounds, with Tech and Progressive House influences.
His DJ sets range from sophisticated Club House to deeper, more electronic material. With producer Diego Forsinetti, he formed the duo Inve & Forsi, whose debut single, ‘Feel and Mazar’, received critical acclaim.
Their productions have appeared on labels including Emotive Vibes in Copenhagen, Denmark, and G-Records in Milan. INVE has also made two remixes for the German duo B.Infinite vs Chris Cowley and launched the international electronic project Crush Your Head with N.D. Anderson, Zinner & Orffee, Michael Kruse, and B.Infinite & Chris Cowley.
Later releases included ‘La La La’ on miniMarket, ‘Fired’ on Oryx, and a remix of Chris Cowley, Steve S and Decibel Rockerz featuring Denyse LePage’s ‘Agent 808’. His official 2019 remix of House Of Glass’s ‘Disco Down’, released through Ocean Trax, reached number 28 on the Traxsource House chart.
He also released singles that reached number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart. Inve & Forsi’s releases have included remixes with Jackin House producer FederFunk.
At the time of publication, INVE had launched ‘Hoy’, a project that reached number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart, alongside ‘Right Back’ for Total Freedom. With Forsi, he had also returned with ‘No One Else’ on Mumi, ‘Love’ on Onako and ‘Saved My Life’ on Turtle Wax.
Andrea Mirgone was launching a Melodic and Progressive House project featuring ‘Surface In The Air’ on Rounded, ‘Beyond’ on Surbeats and ‘Constellation’ on Marktek. With his duo, he achieved results on Traxsource, a platform used by DJs worldwide.
INVE Episode 17 opens in Progressive House territory with Andrea Mirgone and INVE’s Surface In The Air on Vivenza Music, before Underher featuring Anaphase’s Monkey Safari remix of Everything Goes. Alex Kennon’s Joris Voorn remix of Blinding Lights follows, extending the melodic direction established at the start.
Chris Brid’s Jonas Fritz remix of Sagittarius on Pirahã leads into Kamilo Sanclemente’s Transit Saturn for Songspire Records. NAHS and Ivan Aliaga’s Simply City remix of Astrona then sits alongside Solid Sessions’ El Naya on Clubsonica Records.
Pakolive’s Kamilo Sanclemente remix of On My Mind and Leonel Camp and Kamilo Sanclemente featuring Luli Diaz’s The End Comes After Me introduce a vocal element. Rae’s James Talk and Ridney remix of Another Day adds a House touch before Stan Kolev and Aaron Suiss return the set to Progressive House with Fire Spirit on Outta Limits.
Anders Ponsaing featuring Kaia Mainz’s Elkins remix of You Said on Faderz Records brings in Deep Tech House. Boris Brejcha featuring Ginger’s Spicy on Ultra and Space Food’s System on Siona Records shift the programme towards Melodic House and Techno.
Varun Fernandes’s Jerome Isma-Ae and Kamilo Sanclemente remix of Wicked Game on JEE Productions revisits the Progressive House focus. Nōpi’s Gotcha on Anjunadeep and Monolink’s Gui Boratto and Vintage Culture remix of The Prey on Embassy One keep the melodic intensity in place.
Yotto and Stephan Jolk’s Only One on Afterlife Records precedes Alegant, Tube & Berger’s Alar and Korolova remix of Get Down. WhoMadeWho and Artbat close with Closer on Watergate Records, completing the programme with a final melodic collaboration.
