Italian producer and DJ INVE published the playlist for Episode 19 of his show on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an electronic music radio station and music-news platform serving Asia and audiences worldwide.
INVE is an Italian DJ and producer from Valenza, Italy. His productions span House, deep, jackin and nu-disco styles, with tech and progressive influences.
His DJ sets range from club-focused House to more electronic and deep selections. This range informs his approach as both a selector and producer.
With producer Diego Forsinetti, he formed the duo Inve & Forsi. Their first single, ‘Feel and Mazar’, received critical acclaim.
Their productions have appeared on labels including Emotive Vibes in Copenhagen and G-Records in Milan, among others. INVE has also released two remixes for the German duo B.Infinite vs Chris Cowley and contributed to the electronic international project Crush Your Head with N.D. Anderson, Zinner & Orffee, Michael Kruse, and B.Infinite & Chris Cowley.
This was followed by ‘La La La’ on miniMarket, ‘Fired’ on Oryx, and a remix of ‘Agent 808’ by Chris Cowley, Steve S, and Decibel Rockerz featuring Denyse LePage. His official 2019 remix of House Of Glass’s ‘Disco Down’, released on Ocean Trax, reached 28th place in the Traxsource House chart.
He later released singles that ranked 20th in the Techno Traxsource chart. Inve & Forsi have also issued remixes with Jackin House producer FederFunk.
His track ‘Hoy’ ranked 20th in the Techno Traxsource chart, while ‘Right Back’ was released through Total Freedom. With Forsi, he also released ‘No One Else’ on Mumi, ‘Love’ on Onako, and ‘Saved My Life’ on Turtle Wax.
With Andrea Mirgone, INVE began a Melodic and Progressive House project with ‘Surface In The Air’ on Rounded, ‘Beyond’ on Surbeats, and ‘Constellation’ on Marktek. He and his duo achieved strong results on Traxsource, a portal used by DJs worldwide.
Episode 19 opens in Progressive House territory with D-Formation & Grazze’s Inscape on BeatFreak Recordings. Plus Thirty’s Kerabo Remix of Indian Prayer, released by Lohit Deep, develops the opening approach.
Joseph Capriati’s Oxia Remix of Beautiful Morning on REDIMENSION brings in Tech House rhythms. Ost & Kjex’s Karmon Remix of Kaputt follows on Eleatics Records with Melodic House and Techno textures.
Einmusik and Lexer’s Second Chance on Einmusika Recordings returns the set to its progressive focus. Cary Crank’s Carsten Halm Remix of Wind Chimes, released through Sunexplosion Records, extends that section.
WhoMadeWho’s Artbat Edit of Montserrat on Watergate Records leads into ARTBAT’s Aquarius on fryhide. Alexandros Djkevingr, Greg Ignatovich and James Trystan’s All Alone in Miss Monique’s remix on Visceral then gives way to Suze’s Subandrio Reset Remix of Truly on Mango Alley.
Sebastian Sellares’s Dunes at Dawn on Meanwhile and WO-CORE’s Sonic on Area Verde keep the progressive thread in place. Nora En Pure’s Oblivion on Enormous Tunes and Space Motion and Sassa’s Prism on Space Motion Records provide the final melodic and progressive passages.
Cosmic Gate closes the programme with am2pm, released on Wake Your Mind Records. Its raw, deep and hypnotic Trance character gives the final record a more focused electronic finish.
