Italian producer and DJ INVE presents Episode 27 on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an electronic music radio station, promoter and music-news platform for listeners in Asia and around the world.
INVE is an Italian DJ and producer hailing from Valenza, Italy. His music production is defined by House, Deep, Jackin and Nu-Disco sounds, with influences from Tech and Progressive House.
His DJ performances range from sophisticated Club House to deeply electronic styles. Together with producer Diego Forsinetti, he established a duo named Inve & Forsi, and they received critical acclaim for their debut single Feel and Mazar.
Their productions have been published by labels including Emotive Vibes in Copenhagen, Denmark, and G-Records in Milan. He has produced two remixes for the German duo B.Infinite vs Chris Cowley and also launched the international electronic project Crush Your Head with N.D. Anderson, Zinner & Orffee, Michael Kruse, and B.Infinite & Chris Cowley.
Later releases included La La La on miniMarket, Fired on Oryx, and the remix of Agent 808 by Chris Cowley, Steve S and Decibel Rockerz featuring Denyse LePage. His 2019 official remix of House Of Glass’s Disco Down on Ocean Trax reached number 28 on the Traxsource House chart.
He subsequently launched singles that reached number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart. Inve & Forsi’s releases also feature remixes by Jackin House producer FederFunk.
At the time of publication, he had released Hoy, which reached number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart, alongside Right Back for Total Freedom. He and Forsi reunited for No One Else on Mumi, Love on Onako and Saved My Life on Turtle Wax, while he collaborated with Diego and Mark Fill on You And I through CRMS Records (Cruise Music) and U.S.A. (Zero Eleven).
With Andrea Mirgone, he started a Melodic and Progressive House project featuring Surface In The Air on Rounded, Beyond on Surbeats and Constellation on Marktek. He and his duo achieved results on Traxsource, a portal used by DJs internationally.
Episode 27 opens in Progressive House with Nick Doker’s I.C.U. on Nothing But and Sound Quelle and Matt Fax’s Sunburst on Colorize. Rich Vom Dorf’s Self Protection on Tächno then brings Melodic House and Techno into the sequence.
Dennis Cruz and Josh Butler’s Gorgon City remix of Ahora Todo Va, released through Crosstown Rebels, adds a Deep House turn to the early selection. Stefano Pain and Francesco Molinari’s Borderline (Torte Intro-mash) on Sosumi Records and Above & Beyond’s Khen remix of Every Little Beat featuring Richard Bedford on Anjunabeats follow before Aaron Suiss’s Aham Brahmasmi on Pino Music restores the progressive line.
Vintage Culture, Fancy Inc and Roland Clark bring Free from Catch & Release into the middle passage, followed by Cioz and Nairobi D’s Haunted on Get Physical Music. Eli & Fur’s Come Back Around on Anjunadeep then leads into Tinlicker’s Watching Over You, also released by Anjunadeep.
Alan Fitzpatrick and Lawrence Hart’s Warning Signs keeps the Anjunadeep connection in place before Jei Blvck featuring Kieran Fowkes contributes All That Matters (Original Vocal Mix) on Stripped Recordings. Virak’s Junior Jack rework of Kaolack on Variety Music follows, keeping the melodic emphasis intact.
DJ San and Rick Pier O’Neil’s Liberte on Freegrant Music returns the programme to its progressive footing, before DJ Aroze and Mimram featuring Luke Coulson add Closer on Timeless Moment. Miss Monique’s Train Of Thought, issued by Siona Records, sets up the final run of the set.
ARTBAT’s Element on Afterlife Records and Boris Brejcha’s Cruise Lane on Ultra Records carry the closing section through firm melodic electronic textures. Cary Crank’s Die Dampflok on Monkey League gives way to Stan Kolev and Juan Mejia’s Heartbeat (Original Mix 2.0) on RH2, ending Episode 27 with the extended club focus of the full selection.
