Italian producer and DJ INVE presents Episode 24 on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an electronic music radio station, promoter and music-news platform serving Asia and an international audience.
INVE, an Italian DJ and producer, comes from Valenza, Italy. His music spans House, Deep, Jackin and Nu-Disco sounds, with influences from Tech and Progressive House.
His DJ sets range from sophisticated club House to deeper electronic selections. With producer Diego Forsinetti, he formed the duo Inve & Forsi, whose debut single Feel and Mazar received critical acclaim.
Their work has appeared through labels including Emotive Vibes in Copenhagen, Denmark, and G-Records in Milan. INVE has also produced two remixes for the German duo B.Infinite vs Chris Cowley and collaborated with N.D. Anderson, Zinner & Orffee, Michael Kruse, and B.Infinite & Chris Cowley on the international electronic project Crush Your Head.
Further releases include La La La on miniMarket, Fired on Oryx, and a remix of Chris Cowley, Steve S and Decibel Rockerz featuring Denyse LePage’s Agent 808. His official 2019 remix of House Of Glass’s Disco Down, released on Ocean Trax, reached number 28 on the Traxsource House chart.
He also released singles that reached number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart. Inve & Forsi incorporated remixes by Jackin House producer FederFunk into releases issued at that time.
At the time of publication, INVE had released Hoy, which reached number 20 on the Traxsource Techno chart, alongside Right Back for Total Freedom. He and Forsi had reunited for No One Else on Mumi, Love on Onako, and Saved My Life on Turtle Wax.
His project with Andrea Mirgone explores Melodic and Progressive House through tracks including Surface In The Air on Rounded, Beyond on Surbeats, and Constellation on Marktek. The duo achieved success on Traxsource, which the original article describes as a favoured platform among DJs globally.
Episode 24 opens with Valdovinos’ Good Times on TRYBESof, establishing an Organic House introduction. SevenJune’s Sie on Lost on You and Rich Vom Dorf’s Million Faces on Tächno bring in the measured tones of Melodic House and Techno.
Alex O’Rion’s Stranded on Meanwhile leads into Andrea Mirgone and INVE’s Surface In The Air on Vivenza Music, placing the host within the programme’s Progressive House direction. Anton MAKe’s Arepo on Mango Alley extends that line with a firmer club focus.
Jordin Post’s Autumn In Amsterdam on Anjunabeats restores the melodic thread before Miss Monique and Nahue Sintes’ Don’t Come Back, featuring Josefina, on AFTR:HRS. Tone Of Arc and JEI BLVCK’s vocal edition of Mysteries, featuring Shawni, appears on Stripped Recordings and moves the set back towards progressive territory.
Artfaq’s Ezequiel Arias remix of Lexion on Sudbeat Music adds another progressive passage. Cary Crank’s Wind Chimes on Sunexplosion Records and Stil & Bense’s Carsten Halm remix of Duality on Pirahã preserve the programme’s patient rhythmic momentum.
Tinlicker’s Compound on Anjunadeep brings the melodic emphasis forward again, followed by Bubba Brothers’ KARMA on Soleado Recordings. Qplex and Gabriel Di Pasqua’s Bring Me to Light on Tiefdruckgebeat then returns the mix to progressive house textures.
Rauschhaus, Greg Ignatovich and Alexandros Djkevingr’s Morttagua remix of Arctic on Visceral raises the intensity before EDX’s Ecletric on Sirup Music. Monolink’s ARTBAT remix of Return to Oz, released through Embassy One, closes the episode with the melodic focus established near its opening.
