Bipolar BearのBadaboom第1話は、2020年4月13日にScientific Sound Asiaで初放送されました。 Scientific Sound Asiaは、アジアの電子音楽ラジオ局であり、DJエージェンシー、プロモーター、そしてアジアおよび国際的な聴衆をつなぐ音楽ニュースプラットフォームです。
Bipolar Bear、本名はStefan Paunescuで、国内南部の小さな地方都市クライオヴァ出身のルーマニア人DJです。 そこで育つことは、ティーンエイジャーのステファンにとって困難を伴いました。かつてのEastern Blocでは、最先端の音楽を購入する手段が乏しく、多くの旧ソ連諸国と同様に、MTVが主要な音楽的影響源となっていたからです。
インターネットの誕生とその後の発展に伴い、彼は多様なジャンルを追求し、音楽におけるデジタル革命の進展を見届けてきました。質の高い音楽の制作とプレイに情熱を注ぐルーマニア出身のDJ兼プロデューサーは、自らが選ぶ音楽によって聴衆を感動へと導く、折衷的なセッションを構築しています。
His aim is to spread positive energy, and his enthusiasm is evident in his work. After leaving Romania on furlough and carving his way into Manchester’s music scene as a DJ and producer, his project Odwana, which blended electronic dance music with world sounds, African percussion and empowering vocals, gained attention on the UK festival circuit.
At the beginning of 2019, he relocated to Da Nang, Vietnam, and set up the party brand Badaboom with fellow DJ G Nomad, aiming to raise the profile of the party scene in central Vietnam. The Badaboom Radio Show follows the spirit of their events by sharing music with a community of like-minded people, spanning funk, soul, rare groove and more experimental electronic music.

Sink Ya TeethによるIf You See Meのフューチャーディスコ・エディットは、フューチャーディスコからディープハウスへと展開します。 Far Out Recordings による Ivan Conti の Poison Fruit は、ブラジル風のテイストを加えた後、Khotin の Aloe Drink の Force of Nature Remix が、Public Release Recordings の ハウスミュージックを届けます。
doob.fmにおけるSeviによるEshkhemetの編集版では、EshkhemetがBarão VermelhoのPuro êxtaseへとつながり、そこからRockがWM Brazilを通じて登場します。 Aroop Royによる、Vive La Musique’sの2018年公式リイシューに収録されたTabala Mouvのリワークは、一歩引いたハウス中心の仕上がりでエピソードを締めくくります。
