Green Snake Records present Snake Sessions 054, featuring Bolgarin and G-Day, which was originally broadcast on Friday 13th March 2020 on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music-news platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally.
Green Snake Records was founded in 2009 as a Russian-Australian label in cooperation with Bellarine Recordings. From August 2009, it operated as a Russian label owned by head honcho Samotarev, focusing on progressive house, tech house, deep house and techno from Russian and international producers.

The first hour features Bolgarin, a DJ and producer from St. Petersburg, Russia. Active on the local electronic scene for more than 20 years, he is a vinyl collector and educator of deep immersion in music and outdoor dance activities.
At the time of this broadcast, he was creating and promoting his own musical works and working with labels including Green Snake, Seven Villas and Soviett. Following two successful Green Snake singles and the melodic deep single “Ascension”, supported by remixes from Following Light and Kazancev, he was also remixing Alexander Filatov’s Time and Space and preparing a track entitled “Yesly” for release later that month.

The second hour comes from Russian producer G-Day, whose distinctive musical style is rooted in clear, emotionally direct production. Influenced by his native Russia and supported by a solid musical foundation, his work has attracted listeners internationally.
G-Day’s music takes us through minimal textures, futuristic pads and subtle deep-tech rhythms. The second hour places those cleanly produced, inventive elements in a focused club setting.
Green Snake Records’ Snake Sessions 054 with Bolgarin and G-Day opens with Giovanni Damico’s Moodment on Movida, setting out a Tech House foundation. Dan Goul follows with the vinyl-only 843101 on MixCult, keeping the first hour understated and record-led.
Silat Beksi and Corsu’s Sangay on Moff brings in Techno, before Unknown Artist’s Bon Viva on OGE turns towards House Music. Dan Goul’s vinyl-only StreetNoise, also on MixCult, sustains that patient first-hour approach.
Red Meat Therapy’s Let Go on Memoria adds Deep Tech House, followed by Unknown Artist’s Radost on OGE. Pedro D’Alessandro’s Inside Out on MyHouse YourHouse introduces Deep House, while Frink’s Conciencia on Affinity Lab and Untitled’s b1 on Vibes LTD round out Bolgarin’s selection.
In the second hour, G-Day begins with his remix of Kirill Torno’s Dom Na Vode for Liberty Rhythm before joining Johny Welder and Denis Pylaev for Together. Their Liberty Rhythm track Dub Bro follows, placing Breaks at the centre of the hour.
Denis Pylaev’s Doomed Man on Toxic Recordings brings raw, deep and hypnotic techno into the sequence, before G-Day’s On Road returns to Tech House on Green Snake Records. His Airy Voices on Liberty Rhythm then raises the intensity with Peak Time Techno.
G-Day’s Yo Yo on Liberty Rhythm restores the Tech House emphasis, and Grain Crop with Dima Bigulaev brings the programme back to Breaks. G-Day’s Dirty Hands on Liberty Rhythm supplies a final Deep Tech House passage before Denis Pylaev closes with the breaks-led Secret, also on Liberty Rhythm.
