Bicycle Corporation is the Italian duo formed by Marco Mei and Stefano Ugliano, better known as 6884. Together they have built a catalogue of more than fifty original productions and remixes spanning House, Deep House, Tech House, French House, melodic electronic music and Techno.
Marco began his career in Turin during the early 1990s, developing his musical outlook through record collecting as well as DJing and production. Turin’s record shops exposed him to Afrocentric rhythms, Disco, Funk and electronic music alongside the House and Techno that were becoming increasingly important to club culture.
He later became involved with the Urban People collective, combining DJing with promotion and event organisation across Italy. Those events gave him further experience behind the decks while helping establish his reputation within the country’s developing electronic music scene.
That progress eventually led to a residency with Pacha in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. The residency strengthened Marco’s international profile and opened the way for bookings across Europe, Asia and other parts of the global club circuit.
Stefano grew up in Turin and showed strong musical ability from an early age, studying classical piano, percussion and drums. His wider interests included Chopin and West African djembe, giving him a broad melodic and rhythmic foundation before electronic music became his main focus.
As a teenager, Stefano became increasingly fascinated by DJs and by electronic records that were still difficult to hear on mainstream Italian radio during the 1990s. That curiosity eventually led him towards production and the technical process of creating the music that had captured his attention.
When Stefano met Marco, the pair discovered a shared understanding of electronic music and began working together as Bicycle Corporation. Marco's experience as a DJ and Stefano's musical and production background gave the project a flexible foundation for exploring deeper, melodic and more driving club material.
Their work has since appeared across numerous international labels while the pair have maintained a steady output of original productions and remixes. Bicycle Corporation's broad musical background also allows them to look beyond contemporary club releases towards the older records and wider influences that shaped both artists.

Brendon began DJing in 1980 on Singapore’s mobile DJ circuit before moving into clubs the following year. A visit to New York in 1984 proved especially influential, with time spent at the Funhouse, Paradise Garage, Danceteria and Area introducing him directly to the club culture that helped shape the House Music he would later champion.
His musical interests have remained broad throughout his career, crossing House, Techno, Disco, Nu Disco, Funk, Soul, Lounge and Electronica. His international appearances have taken him to cities including Geneva, Gothenburg, Melbourne, London, New York, Miami, Taipei, Hanoi and Hong Kong. In June 2010, he also performed at the former Cielo Club in New York, reinforcing a connection with the city that had influenced him so strongly during the early years of his career.
