After Hours 485 on Scientific Sound Asia features PatriZe alongside guest DJ Yudi Watanabe. Scientific Sound Asia is an underground electronic music radio station, DJ agency and promoter serving the Asian region and beyond, publishing music news and connecting audiences regionally and internationally.
PatriZe is a Belgian DJ, producer and label head whose early interests in trance and techno gradually gave way to the melodic structures of progressive house. That transition has shaped both his DJ sets and his studio output ever since.
In 2010, he began working alongside Pole Folder, an artist connected to Bedrock Records and Reworck. The same year, he won the Night Museum DJ competition in France, earning an opening slot for Guy J.
His sets are built around layered melodic arrangements and unhurried transitions, with a quiet tech thread running beneath. Based in Thailand, he plays regularly at Beachspot and Thai Lounge & Terrace in Pattaya alongside his international radio commitments.
He co-founded AH Digital with Hypnotised in April 2015, a label centred on progressive house that has worked with a wide range of artists. The debut EP People from the Otherworld reached number four on the Beatport Progressive House chart and broke into the top twenty in both techno and tech house.
Recent collaborative work with Hypnotised includes a remix of Michael A's Ignition on AH Digital from early 2025 and multiple releases of their Nikoow's Weird Things rework across late 2025 and into 2026. His 2023 DJ mix AH Digital Essentials 004 offers a broader view of his range, threading through house and techno across an extended session.

Yudi Watanabe is a DJ and producer from São Paulo, Brazil with a production career stretching back to 2014. His output has moved across deep house, tech house, indie dance and melodic techno before settling increasingly into progressive house in recent years.
His Beatport catalogue spans labels including Oxytocin Records, Clubsonica Records, COMET Records, Transensations Records, Forward Music, Nightcolours and One Of A Kind among others. A recurring collaboration with Andre Moret has produced originals including Fateless on Deep Down Music, Retromind on Transensations Records and Clarity on Nightcolours, pointing to a productive working partnership within the progressive space.
His remix of Madloch's Circle appeared on both Sound Avenue and Forward Music, and reworks for Phi Phi and Marc Denuit on Oxytocin Records and Subnode on The Audio Atelier have kept him active across a range of labels. Originals including Spectral Demand and The B Side on Oxytocin Records have each seen multiple releases, with a three-way collaboration alongside Kamilo Sanclemente and Andre Moret on Clubsonica Records adding further range to his output.
Recent solo work includes Gaia on Sprout, The Small Cure on Fractal Noise Records and Acid Potion on 3 DAYZ LATER. Move Your Body Bass on NEBELZEICHEN steps into deep house territory, illustrating that his ear for the genre has not faded despite his progressive focus.
After Hours 485 opens with PatriZe drawing from a range of Progressive House labels. Alex Efe and Diego Berrondo's Landing on Pad and Nicolas Benedetti's Purple Hills in the Gerardo Moro Remix on AH Digital set a warm melodic tone from the outset.
Stan Seba's Untraceable in the Cris Rosales Remix on Future Avenue and Sebastian Haas and Ignacio Corazza's Stoned Dreams carry the hour forward with a consistent atmospheric quality. Claudio Cornejo (AR)'s Tuareg on Clubsonica Records and Travis Jesse's Birthright in the L Georges Remix on AH Digital sustain the progressive direction.
A.J Roland's Survivor in the L Georges Remix and Ric Niels's Serendipity on Pad carry the hour into its later stages. Ignacio Corazza's Shine in the Facundo Sosa Remix on AH Digital and Leo Guerrero's Being Alive on Soundteller Records bring PatriZe's ten-track hour to a close with a warm and melodic resolution.
Guest Yudi Watanabe opens the second hour with Billion Watchers's Amazing in the Sapientia Remix before Marc (AR)'s Kantos and Facundo Navarro's Lucania in the Juan Ibanez Remix develop the progressive direction. An unreleased promo follows before Gui Milani's End of Line sustains the melodic thread.
Fabri Lopez's Dubbel in the Juan Ibanez Remix and Monojoke's Pearls in the Kostya Outta Remix carry the hour into its mid-section before Juan Beldarrein's Fuego in the Juani Otatti Remix and Guy Mantzur and Khen's My Golden Cage in the Kasper Koman 6AM Remix add further depth.
Matt Lange's Rift in the Alex O'Rion Extended Mix on Anjunadeep and Dhany G and RYAN (CUB)'s Antar on Freegrant Music carry the hour towards its close.
