Secret Underground featured guest SACH K in this edition of its show on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music-news platform connecting audiences across Asia and internationally.
Secret Underground is a record label and event-management company originating in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is a small island in the Indian Ocean and has one of South Asia's largest audiences for Progressive House and underground music.
Secret Underground's management developed a vision of uniting people around the world through music. Founder Pasindu Dilhara began Secret Underground as a Facebook page for sharing electronic-music posts, before it became a Mixcloud podcast and record label supporting DJs in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka's early rave scene brought a new level of attention to electronic music, and the crew sought to give listeners an energetic experience. At the time of publication, Secret Underground promoted events in Sri Lanka while running its podcast in combination with Scientific Sound Asia and others.
The crew planned to build the Secret Underground brand internationally and create connections between artists and music enthusiasts. Its aim was to support the underground electronic-music world through those connections.

Guest DJ SACH K.
This edition’s guest DJ is SACH K, a DJ from Colombo, Sri Lanka, who began his career at the age of sixteen. His early experience came through mobile DJ work at parties and private events before he became more involved with Colombo’s nightlife.
An important step came through the Flash Out Crew, which introduced him to a wider club audience and helped him gain experience within the city’s electronic music scene. That period gave him a stronger foundation as a club DJ and allowed him to develop his own direction behind the decks.
SACH K’s main styles include Deep House, Tech House and Techno. Since 2013, he has performed at events and festivals in Sri Lanka while continuing to build experience across different club settings.
His work has also included appearances at Club Zouk, where he developed further as a selector and performer within Colombo’s nightlife circuit. Through these sets, he continued refining a style centred on House and Techno while gaining wider recognition among local audiences.
SACH K’s development has been shaped by years of regular performance, private events and club appearances rather than one single breakthrough moment. His guest appearance brings that Sri Lankan club background into the programme with a selection rooted in Deep House, Tech House and Techno.
DJ SACH K opens Secret Underground 10 with Michael A's remix of Kai Castro's Subtle Pressure, immediately placing the set within Progressive House through steady percussion, layered atmosphere and a measured sense of build. Ewan Rill's remix of Rikken and Mariano Mellino with John Cosani on DJ Zombi's Ninja continue that controlled opening before Paul Hamilton and DJ Ruby reshape Astral Journey with a broader, more driving feel.
Paul Hamilton returns on the remix of Michael A's Lunar Eclipse, keeping the early section firmly centred on detailed melodic progression, while Nacres' remix of Metaphysica and Sonic Jay's The Other Realm deepen the mood without breaking the flow. Veljko Jovic and Nacres then maintain the darker middle passage with Drone and Hawking Talking, creating a sustained run of deep, hypnotic progressive material.
Shannon Davin's Polaris opens the next section before MZN's remix of Ancestral and Wally Lopez's treatment of Betoko and Alex Kaspersky add more movement to the groove. Dio S, Chaum's remix of Antela and Paul Hamilton with Celene keep the momentum steady, giving the programme a long-form structure where each transition develops gradually rather than relying on abrupt stylistic changes.
Matias Carafa's remix of Bynomic leads into Matter and Dimuth K's Exhale, followed by Sasheen's remix of Dylan Deck and Anthony G's take on Kliment, keeping the latter stages focused on spacious Progressive House with a stronger late-night edge. Ultraverse and Seleck continue that direction before Magic Place introduces the set's only Melodic House and Techno deviation with Night On All.
G Monk closes Secret Underground 10 with Yaatra on Revolt Music, returning the programme to its dominant Progressive House framework for the finish. Across the 23 tracks, DJ SACH K keeps the set remarkably consistent, favouring deep melodic development, long transitions and underground progressive material with only a brief melodic-techno shift near the end.
