After Hours returns with PatriZe at the helm for another edition on Scientific Sound Asia. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, DJ agency, promoter and music news platform serving listeners across the region and internationally.
Each week, After Hours explores Progressive House, Techno and related underground electronic styles through selections from established artists and emerging DJs. The programme focuses on deeper club music and the producers helping shape contemporary progressive scenes around the world.
PatriZe is a Belgian DJ, producer and label founder whose musical direction developed from early Trance and Techno into the deeper and more melodic side of Progressive House. After buying his first turntables at a young age, he gradually became more interested in extended arrangements, subtle progression and the patient development of energy.
A significant breakthrough came in 2010 through his connection with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck. During the same period, PatriZe won the Night Museum DJ Competition in France and earned the opportunity to open for Guy J, an important figure associated with Lost & Found and Bedrock.
Those experiences helped shape his technical approach and reinforced the importance of flow within his sets. Smooth transitions, carefully chosen tracks and layered melodic structures have since become central to the way he approaches both club performance and radio programming.
Now based in Thailand, PatriZe presents both Foundations and After Hours while also appearing as a guest on international radio programmes. His broadcasts give him space to explore Progressive House across longer formats while introducing new producers and underground releases to listeners beyond the clubs where he performs.
PatriZe remains closely involved with the growth of underground Progressive House through broadcasting, production and label activity. His work combines DJing, artist discovery and promotion rather than concentrating on only one part of the scene.
In 2015, PatriZe and Hypnotised founded AH Digital as an independent outlet for Progressive House and related electronic music. The label quickly became closely connected with their radio work and developed into a platform for established producers and newer artists from the international underground.
Their early People from the Otherworld EP reached number four on Beatport’s Progressive House releases chart and also entered the Techno and Tech House rankings. The title track was later remixed by Rui Da Silva, adding another established producer to the project.
PatriZe also remains active as a club DJ in Thailand, including appearances around Pattaya and Jomtien Beach. These performances keep him connected with local dancefloors while his radio and production work continues to reach an international audience.
His ongoing releases, radio shows and label projects all reflect the same commitment to deeper, melodic and carefully structured electronic music. Through After Hours, PatriZe continues to present Progressive House as a living underground form shaped by new producers, evolving club culture and patient musical develop

Guest DJ Ignacio Corazza.
This week’s guest for the second hour is Ignacio Corazza, an Argentinian DJ and producer originally from Ibicuy in Entre Ríos province and now based in Campana, Buenos Aires. His sound centres on Progressive House and Deep House, with melodic structure and steady rhythmic development forming an important part of his approach.
Ignacio’s involvement with electronic music began in 2010 through local events in his hometown. His interest deepened after attending larger gatherings including Moonpark and Creamfields, where he became increasingly drawn towards the progressive side of the scene.
Artists such as Hernán Cattaneo, Guy J, Eli Nissan and Khen became important influences as his musical direction developed. Their emphasis on long-form progression, melodic detail and controlled energy helped shape the approach he later brought into his own DJing and production work.
Ignacio has since built a growing catalogue through labels including 3xA Music, Balkan Connection South America, AH Digital, Balkan United, Clinique Recordings, Future Avenue, Superordinate Music, Strangers Beats, Sonnet Speciale, Nube Music Records and RYNTH. His Beatport profile documents a developing body of work across Progressive House and related styles.
His productions typically combine layered melodies with deeper bass movement and driving percussion. That balance allows his tracks to retain atmosphere while still functioning effectively within club-focused progressive sets.
The melodic side of his work also extends towards material influenced by Melodic House and Techno. Rather than relying on abrupt changes, his productions tend to build gradually through texture, rhythm and arrangement.
As a DJ, Ignacio follows a similarly patient approach to programming. His SoundCloud profile features mixes that move through Progressive House and deeper electronic material with an emphasis on continuity and controlled progression.
His growing catalogue and involvement with labels such as AH Digital connect him naturally with the wider After Hours network. That relationship places his music alongside producers and selectors working within the deeper international Progressive House scene.
For his appearance on After Hours, Ignacio Corazza takes over the second hour with a selection shaped by the melodic and progressive influences behind his own productions. His guest mix continues the programme’s focus on deeper underground House while bringing another Argentinian perspective into the series.
PatriZe opens After Hours 451 with RIGOONI's remix of Maz and Cherry before Gonzalo Sacc and Rodrigo Lapena reshape Gux Jimenez and Alexander Urzola's "Marimbalenque". Kabi's remix of EMPHI and another RIGOONI treatment for Gøvinda keep the first hour rooted in Progressive House, with a patient melodic flow and steadily developing low-end pressure.
Luciano Scheffer's remix of Martin Gardoqui and Matias Larrosa introduces another atmospheric passage before Agustin Pietrocola's "Sauvage" and Matias Ocano's "Gray" push the set deeper into its rolling middle section. J Lannutti, Juani Otatti and Fabri Lopez then take the first hour towards its close with a run of remixes that maintain the same deep progressive character without breaking the continuity of the mix.
Ignacio Corazza begins the second hour with Enigmatic and Mazzè before Lèrr's Lullaby Remix of La Vue and Ari Fernan's remix of Gabo Martin continue the more introspective side of the programme. Fran Garay and Corazza with Diego R strengthen that Deep Progressive House direction through Future Avenue, while Sapienta's remix of Fille V adds another understated layer of tension.
Corazza's "Bucle" leads into an unidentified track that remains exactly as supplied before Mattim's remix of "Insomnio" returns the focus to his own material. Fabri Lopez's remix of Agustin Pietrocola closes the programme with a second version of "Sauvage", completing two hours centred on melodic progression, hypnotic rhythm and the deeper edge of progressive club music.
