Graham Gold has made public the playlist for this edition of Esta La Musica on Scientific Sound Asia, originally aired on Saturday 1 August 2020. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an Asian electronic music radio station, promoter, DJ agency and music news outlet for listeners across Asia and internationally.
Esta La Musica takes its name from the tattoo on Graham’s arm, received while he was DJing in Los Angeles in the late 1990s. After leaving Kiss 100 and relocating to Southeast Asia, he used the phrase for a weekly show focused on Techno, House Music and related electronic styles.
Graham’s international profile first grew through his weekly broadcasts on London’s Kiss 100 and the Peach club brand. Those platforms linked specialist radio, club programming and international dance music audiences during a major period in UK electronic music.
His earlier grounding as a DJ came through London club culture, including a decade-long residency at Gulliver’s Club in Mayfair. Playing six nights a week gave him deep experience with dancefloors before his wider radio and touring career developed.
Graham’s route into music began in West London, where his interest in Afrocentric music led him to co-found The Funky Road Show as a teenager. By the age of 18, he was already playing Black music five nights a week across the capital.
His selections during that early period moved through Reggae, Soul, Disco and Jazz Funk. That broad base later fed into his work across House, Trance and Techno, giving his electronic music profile a wider musical foundation.

During the 1980s, Graham worked across London pirate radio before joining the Radio London Soul Night Out team. He later hosted a Saturday-night Soul programme on Capital FM, receiving the station’s Broadcaster of the Year award in 1985.
Graham was involved with Kiss FM London from its early period, and his later Kiss 100 broadcasts became central to his global profile. He spent eight consecutive years in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs poll and was also listed by Dash among its most popular DJs in the world of all time.
Now based in Asia, Graham continues to perform across the region and internationally while keeping Esta La Musica active as a weekly radio platform. The show features promos from record labels and producers across Deep House, Progressive House, Melodic House and Techno, Tech House, Deep Tech, Organic House and Techno.

Otto opens with Another Riff For The Good Times on Anjunadeep, placing the programme inside Melodic House and Techno. Monkey then moves the episode into Progressive House with Safari Safe on Spectrum, before Kike Am Radar adds an Indie Dance entry with Your Spell on Ninefront.
Joe T Vannelli and Eartha Kitt introduce Afro House with Where Is My Man in the Silvano Del Gado remix on Dream Beat. Avi Colors and Dr Alfred then follow with It's A New Dawn, keeping the early section connected to Afro House rhythm.
Dario D'Attis and Jinadu bring Everything Changes in the Chus & Ceballos remix on Stereo, returning the set to Melodic House and Techno. DJ T. then shifts the programme back towards Indie Dance with Next Stop Konstantinopel in the Andhim remix on Get Physical.
Stereo Underground’s Turbulencia on Lost & Found moves the middle section into Progressive House. Maxim Lany follows with Disruption on Armada Electronics, bringing the episode back to Melodic House and Techno.
Darksidevinyl and Balata add Boohe on Selador, returning the tracklist to Progressive House. &lez then brings Afro House back into focus with Issues in the Darbuka Mix on Visile.
Olivier Giacomotto’s Kabrab on Eleatics and Romina with Franck Dona on No Education in the Jerome Isma-Ae Extended Remix keep the late section in Melodic House and Techno. Shome then adds 1989 on Redlight, giving the closing stretch an Indie Dance turn.
D-Formation and GRAZZE close Esta La Musica 361 with Carte Blanche 2020 on Beatfreak. The final track returns the show to Progressive House after a set built around melodic club structure, Afro House rhythm and leftfield house movement.
