Francesco Conti is an Italian DJ and producer from Rome whose background is closely connected with the city's radio, club and rave culture. Growing up around the electronic music that shaped the late 1980s and early 1990s, he became particularly influenced by Acid House and Techno.
He began working with radio stations in Rome in 1992 while also developing his experience in the capital's club scene. Those early years gave him a foundation in underground electronic music that he would continue to reinterpret through his own DJ sets and production work.
In 2003, Francesco relocated to Italy's Adriatic coast and continued to expand his activity as a DJ. Three years later, he won the Equinox DJ Competition in Riccione against sixteen other Italian DJs, giving his career another important step forward.
That result opened opportunities in Ibiza, where he went on to take part in events on the island over the following years. The experience added another international dimension to a career that had already developed through radio and club performance in Italy.
Francesco later moved further into production and began building a catalogue of original releases and collaborations. His work can be explored through SoundCloud and Beatport, where his studio activity documents the production side of his career.
From 2017 onwards, his label activity included a continuing association with Jambalay Records. That period added another outlet for his electronic music while allowing him to develop ideas shaped by decades of experience behind the decks.

Francesco Conti opens the first hour with Massimo Vivona’s “Let It Flow” before Max Boncompagni, Gianni Piras and Henry Mwnn Lobbs establish a firm Techno direction built around driving rhythm and stripped-back club pressure. Convoke and Francesco Conti with Alex Imparato continue that momentum, while DJ D Redd and Carl Cox push the hour towards a tougher, more forceful Peak Time Techno character.
N86, James D and El Brujo’s remix of “Dark Funk” keep the first hour locked into a darker groove, balancing functional percussion with a more abrasive underground edge. Tito K. and Marco Bailey then bring Francesco Conti’s section to a strong finish, maintaining the direct techno focus without diluting the pace established in the opening run.
Dave Lake takes over the second hour with a very different approach, opening through Pierdavide Laganà before his own “In My Life” and Alex Imparato’s “Knock In My House” turn the programme firmly towards House Music. Choices and Wayne Soul Avengerz with Odyssey Inc. and Venessa Jackson add a warmer vocal and groove-led feel, giving the second half a brighter, more celebratory identity after the harder first hour.
